I jumped into the Into The Dark PTS Phase 2 and ran into a cheater in the PvE Dark Zone within the first 5 minutes.
Lag switching + sticky bomb ACS-12. Server was completely unplayable.

The Whiplash Pistol is actually really good on certain builds.
I tested it on 3 different setups (LMG, Shotgun, and Sniper) and the results were surprising.
