After being burnt out, anxious, and depressed, I QUIT my toxic job and relationship at 54, did a TON of work on myself, and REBUILT my life from the ground up – and I've never been happier. I'm here to share everything I've learned with you and show you that you can absolutely do the same.

It’s Independence Day in the US and it’s got me thinking about how important freedom is. And in many ways, a lot of us still don’t feel free. I’m talking about freedom from a job we feel chained to, a relationship we feel stuck in or ways of thinking that hold us back.
The absolute best thing I gained from leaving my toxic job and relationship is FREEDOM. The freedom to do whatever the hell I want whenever the hell I want. Nobody to answer to but myself. I have never felt happier and I will never go back.
The US colonists fought for freedom from oppression. They weren’t granted freedom, they fought tirelessly for it. Many battles were lost along the way, but they kept fighting.
So this is my message to all my bad mama jamas this 4th of July: keep fighting. Rest when you need to, but don’t stop fighting for your own freedom from whatever is keeping YOU stuck in life 👊
