I wouldn't expect anything different from New Jersey police. Attorneys let them get away with this behavior and for the most part, so do the people for not actually knowing their rights. The proof is all over social media with the sheeple defending those officers behavior. The point the people do not understand, is that every time you hand away your liberty without question, they'll expect everyone to do the same.

In New Jersey a police officer was just arrested for witness tampering, so I did some investigating and here's what I came up with. This information just goes to show how petty the prosecutor David is, and not only that it further proves to us that they are using witness tampering as a tool in most cases. Imo they are using constitutional avoidance, to get away with it. Below are 2 stories of witness tampering in New Jersey. Both much different than what's being outlined here. The officer who was arrested is pictured below.
*(He has not been found guilty as of this post)*

FREE SPEECH IS UNDER ATTACK AMERICA! 🫪

1)🧾
The Witness Tampering Allegations
The witness tampering charge stemmed from an alleged attempt by Deptford Police Sgt. Rudy Ruiz to hide his involvement in a private debt dispute. According to the state’s 2019 indictment, the original chain of events occurred in August 2014:

* The Debt Dispute: Ruiz's tenant was trying to recoup a $200 garage rental deposit from a local resident after deciding not to rent the space. Ruiz went to the resident's home while in uniform, driving an unmarked Deptford police vehicle, and pressured the resident to return the money.
* The Cover-Up: The resident filed an official complaint with the Deptford Police Department about Ruiz's aggressive demeanor. Prosecutors alleged that Ruiz attempted to hide his presence at the scene by asking county dispatch to put the name of a subordinate patrolman on the call log. Ruiz then wrote and filed the formal police report under that patrolman’s name.
* The Tampering: When the department launched an internal affairs review of the resident's complaint in October 2014, Ruiz allegedly explicitly ordered the subordinate patrolman to lie to investigators and say that he was the one who responded to the resident's house.

Why He Was Acquitted:

While New Jersey jury deliberations remain confidential, the defense successfully undermined the prosecution's case by painting the charges as a politically motivated retaliation campaign. The key factors contributing to his acquittal included:

* Retaliation Defense: Ruiz’s legal team presented evidence that the criminal charges—brought in 2019, a full five years after the 2014 incident occurred—were fabricated to punish him. Ruiz had previously filed whistleblower complaints within the department accusing a fellow sergeant of "double-dipping" hours and stealing public time.

* Discrimination Claims: Ruiz (who is Latino and from Peru) filed a civil lawsuit against Deptford Township. He alleged that the sudden staging of public corruption charges was a targeted effort to silence him after he complained to leadership about racist and discriminatory remarks made by his colleagues.

* Lack of Criminal Intent: The defense framed the underlying encounter as an innocent attempt by a landlord/officer to mediate a minor civil disagreement, arguing that Ruiz never intended to commit a crime or corruptly influence anyone.
* Reasonable Doubt: The jury ultimately found that the prosecution did not meet the high burden of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that Ruiz acted with criminal intent or that his handling of the paperwork constituted official misconduct.

Following the jury’s "not guilty" verdicts on five counts (including witness tampering) and a judicial dismissal of a sixth count, the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office realized it lacked the traction for a conviction and formally dismissed the final deadlocked misconduct charge in October 2022.. 🤔

2)🧾
The highly publicized witness tampering case of prominent New Jersey cannabis activist Ed "NJ Weedman" Forchion concluded in May 2018 when a Mercer County jury fully acquitted him, ending a grueling 447-day stint in pretrial county jail.
What the Case Was All About:

The witness tampering charges stemmed from an April 2016 police narcotics raid on Forchion’s business, "NJ Weedman’s Joint," a popular eatery and cannabis temple located directly across the street from Trenton City Hall.

* The "Rat" Exposure: The Trenton Police used a confidential informant to execute undercover marijuana buys and build their drug distribution case against Forchion. Once Forchion discovered the identity of the informant, he launched a massive public campaign exposing him.

* The Alleged Conduct: Forchion took to Facebook and other social media outlets, posting videos and photos calling the informant a "rat" and a "slimy dude." He went further by mailing packages containing letters and pictures of the informant directly to the informant's family members.

* The Indictment: In February 2017, the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office secured a grand jury indictment against Forchion, charging him with second-degree witness tampering (implying the threat of force) and third-degree witness tampering (interfering without force).
Prosecutors argued that Forchion’s relentless cyber-campaign was a targeted attempt to intimidate the witness and put their safety at risk. He was arrested during a dramatic Facebook Live broadcast.

How He Defeated It:
Forchion spent 14 months locked up without bail under New Jersey's pretrial detention laws. He ultimately defeated the state in a war of attrition through two back-to-back trials using a unique, self-represented defense strategy:

1. Acting as His Own Attorney (Pro Se): Forchion completely bypassed hiring a traditional lawyer and chose to represent himself before the jury, using only a standby public defender for legal procedures. This allowed him to speak directly and candidly to the jurors.

2. The First Amendment Defense: Forchion admitted to everything the state accused him of doing. He told the jury it was completely true that he posted about the informant and mailed the letters, but argued his actions were a form of peaceful, protected free speech. In his closing statements, he famously told the jury: "You're charged with convicting me of a crime, not being an ass."

3. Aiming for Jury Nullification: Forchion framed the state’s case as a heavy-handed, politically motivated vendetta orchestrated by local officials who wanted to shut down his political cannabis hub. He explicitly pushed for jury nullification, urging citizens to acquit him because the underlying anti-marijuana laws and state tactics were inherently unjust.

4. The Two-Step Acquittal:

* Trial 1 (November 2017): The first jury acquitted him of the severe second-degree charge (finding no evidence that he used or threatened physical force) but deadlocked on the third-degree count.

* Trial 2 (May 2018): Prosecutors refused to drop the matter and retried him on the remaining third-degree charge. In a second consecutive blow to the state, the new jury took just hours to return a unanimous "not guilty" verdict.

A prosecutor's pathetic attempt to criminalize speech he swore to protect, because of a question asked.
"He says actions speak louder than words"

So in New Jersey, a state that says under article I section 6 of their own Constitution that they have more protections than the Federal First Amendment is attempting to criminalize this peaceful interaction that was blown completely out of context. It just shows the lengths these government actors will go to in order to put another notch in their belt. This man has been walking around for nearly 2 years now claiming to be a victim. A victim of what? A question? He's not even a victim of a crime that was being investigated. It appears in today's world anyone can just pick up the phone and spew any BS to law enforcement and they will act on it without question. And that's exactly what they did here. Apparently having this video for the defense, doesn't even matter because they are using it to demonize the defendant, with lies and creative writing anyway.

Below is a motion from the prosecution convincing the judge to allow this case to proceed to trial, even though all of the case law is in the defenses favor. Below I will attach both videos. The video they are referring to here, and the video of the report to police that doesn't even match what occurred.👇

1) Police conducted a neighborhood canvass on September 20, 2024. They went to Mr. [REDACTED]’s home, and then when there was no answer, even though they heard noises coming from inside, they went across the street to Mr. [REDACTED]’s home.

2) The 'State’s theory' of the case is that Mr. [REDACTED] was home the entire time that day and could see police go to Mr. [REDACTED]’s home and speak to him.

3) Mr. [REDACTED] leaves home that day for a 2-day trip. He does not get back until September 22, 2024, around 8pm. The very first thing that Mr. [REDACTED] does is go to his mailbox to grab his mail. It is dark outside with little light on the street. While Mr. [REDACTED] is checking his mail, Mr. [REDACTED] pops out from the bushes (THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS LITERALLY IN THE WOODS) and 'walks up behind Mr. [REDACTED]' (WHAT ?) and that is when Mr. [REDACTED] records his video. The video defense provided entirely excludes all this context.

(BECAUSE IT DOESN'T EXIST!)

4) Defense attempts to frame Mr. [REDACTED]’s actions as a harmless exercise of First Amendment rights. That portrayal is untenable. Attempting to gain information from Mr. [REDACTED] about what the police knew or were told was a mere tertiary goal. The primary purpose of Mr. [REDACTED]’s confrontation was to intimidate Mr. [REDACTED] to prevent or impede him from further assistance in an investigation.
Mr. [REDACTED]’s actions made it implicitly clear that (1) he was watching Mr. [REDACTED] closely and could easily catch him off guard and ambush him just as easily as he did and (2) that he knew Mr. [REDACTED] had spoken with police about him and wanted to put him on notice to watch what he says because he would inevitably find out.

5) Notably, Mr. [REDACTED] expressly stated to Mr. [REDACTED] he would obtain the body camera footage. (NOW HE'S CRIMINALIZING ASKING FOR PUBLIC RECORDS) If his sole purpose were merely to learn what Mr. [REDACTED] had told police, that information would be available to him through that footage (THAT'S ANOTHER LIE AND HE KNOWS THAT, IF IT'S AN OPEN INVESTIGATION THEY WILL NOT RELEASE THE FOOTAGE THEREFORE A QUESTION WAS 100% NECESSARY) and the 'ambushed confrontation' (THE FACT THAT THIS MAN CALLS THIS INTERACTION AN AMBUSHED CONFRONTATION IS ABSURD AND BLOWS MY MIND HE IS A FIREARMS CARRIER, HE MUST BE AFRAID OF HIS OWN SHADOW) would be unnecessary. His presence, timing, and manner of confrontation therefore served a different primary purpose: to put Mr. [REDACTED] on notice and to create fear of implicit repercussions. The circumstances of the ambush spoke far louder than any isolated words he uttered. (NOW REMEMBER HE'S REFERRING TO THE SAME PERSON WHO SAID I'M REALLY NOT WORRIED ABOUT HIM AND NO THREATS WERE MADE.)

THEY SAY A PICTURE SPEAKS A THOUSAND WORDS, I WONDER WHAT A VIDEO SPEAKS 🤔

Because of all of the unexpected traffic, in regards to the recent short video. I'd like to give you some context about what's going on here. This is body cam footage of an incident 2 years ago where police were doing a neighborhood canvas. When they show up to this property, you'll hear them claim to hear someone yell and duck away. There is zero evidence of that, and in fact what they heard was a dog bark. There are two shorts showing a dog bark while the detective is at the front door and another short where they are standing near the trash cans and a dog barks again. During an audit of this body cam I have taken notice of them engaging in many different kinds of unethical behaviors and violations of constitutional rights and AG directives.
In fact I could point out more crimes they committed here than the ones that they were allegedly investigating, which were property crimes allegedly. Trespassing, defiant trespassing, harassment, elder abuse, peeping Tom...Ect.

Since this man in the video will most likely never receive any sort of justice for the way he was treated for nearly two hours. This is the justice he gets. We'll call it Afroman style Justice.

"To the actual red blooded Americans out there, please don't let this happen to you or your family members. This man was terrorized by these officers. He went from being an open and vibrant human being to a closed quiet human being. All stemming from this interaction."

"Officer of the Year"?
🚨
I am disgusted to see this detective honored with an "Officer of the Year" award after their recent conduct. We all heard the disgusting comments they made about a deceased family member, treating a human life like a joke.
How does speaking ill of the dead, showing zero empathy for elders, and violating the basic dignity of a deceased person merit an award? This isn’t just unprofessional; it is inhumane. Giving an award to someone who acts this way tells us that the department values “contempt of cop” over actual character.
The deceased deserve respect, not callous, laughing mockery from those wearing a badge. That swore to protect our rights. This award is a slap in the face to All Americans. What we need is accountability, not accolades for toxic behavior.

The History Of Policing in America.
🕵🏻
Something Very Important people need to understand about the police:
Google does Castle Rock v Gonzalez basically mean, police have NO duty to protect?
"Yes, Town of Castle Rock v. Gonzales (2005) held that police do not have a constitutional duty under the 14th Amendment's Due Process Clause to protect individuals from harm by private parties, such as the violation of a restraining order. The Supreme Court ruled that mandatory language in a protection order ("shall") does not create a specific right to enforcement that can be enforced in a federal lawsuit."
😱
We are being extorted, under the ruse of
"Public Safety".

If we did what this Española officer just did — elbowing a handcuffed man in the face multiple times, slamming his head into the wall, and sending him to the hospital for 26 stitches — all because he called you 'little girl' and 'white boy'...

Do you think we'd be allowed to quietly resign a week later and walk away with no charges?

Or would we be locked up immediately?

That's rhetorical, obviously.

"Sticks and stones will break my bones, but names will never hurt me… clearly doesn’t apply to officers."

🚨 DOUBLE STANDARD EXPOSED:
Same NJ Cops Baby an MMA Giant – But SWAT Raid a Harmless 76-Year-Old Mans Home? 😡

In one video, cops handle a 265-lb MMA fighter (combat vet with kid gloves, not that we wanted him hurt in any way) after a DUI crash standoff:
"Calm chats about sandwiches, empathy for PTSD, no force, double cuffs for comfort, promises "nobody's going to jail tonight" – even as he threatens to "fold" them and dares tasing! No escalation, just de-escalation for the MMA guy."

But flip it to the other side:
"The same department suits up in SWAT gear, screams conflicting commands, forces entry on a 76-year-old man with ZERO criminal history, slams him to the ground, and cuffs him – all because he refused a warrantless search days earlier. No charges, just terror for standing on his rights!"

This isn't public service – it's selective tyranny!
If they pamper a threatening fighter but brutalize a defenseless senior, who's really "protecting and serving"? Your rights depend on who you are? Wake up, America – this is hypocrisy!

Article I, Section 6 of the New Jersey Constitution (1947) 📜
Guarantees Freedom Of Speech And The Press, affirming that individuals may freely speak, write, and publish sentiments on all subjects while being responsible for the abuse of that right. It prohibits laws restraining this liberty and allows the truth as a defense in libel prosecutions.

Key Provisions of Article I, Section 6:

• Freedom of Expression: Guarantees the right to freely speak, write, and publish sentiments on any subject.

• Responsibility: Establishes accountability for abusing the right of free speech.

• No Prior Restraint: Prohibits laws that abridge the liberty of speech or of the press.

• Libel Defense: In libel prosecutions, truth may be given in evidence, and if published with good motives for justifiable ends, the party is acquitted.

• Jury Authority: The jury has the right to determine both the law and the facts in libel cases.

This section serves as a cornerstone for civil liberties in New Jersey, providing protections often interpreted as broader than those in the federal constitution.

📣 Attention Americans: 🇺🇸

This isn't about the left or right anymore, (it never has been) It's about control. Buried in the 2021 infrastructure bill, Congress mandated 'advanced impaired driving prevention technology' that critics call kill switches, in every new car starting 2026. Cameras watching your eyes, sensors sniffing your breath, AI deciding if you're 'impaired' and shutting down your vehicle on the spot. No warrant, no appeal – just boom, you're stranded. They sold it as 'safety' against drunk driving. But it's a surveillance nightmare, it's hackable, error-prone, and ripe for abuse. Wrong political post? Protest attendance flagged? Car gets disabled. Our right to travel, our privacy, our autonomy, gone! And here's the kicker: In January 2026, Rep. Thomas Massie tried to kill this mandate with an amendment. It failed 164-268. Guess who helped bury it? 57 Republicans joined 211 Democrats to vote NO on freedom. Names like Amodei, Bacon, and more so-called conservatives siding with the establishment to keep Big Brother in the driver's seat. Republicans talk 'small government,' Democrats push 'public safety' – but both parties are united in stripping our liberties. Whether red or blue, the elite club doesn't care about us. They care about control. Our tax dollars fund this overreach. Our freedoms erode while they play both sides. 😳 Wake up, share this, fight back!
