Tired. Foggy. Bloated. Stubborn Weight Gain.
Common? Yes. Normal? Not at all.

Symptoms like migraines, anxiety, digestive issues, fatigue and stubborn weight are often caused by deeper issues like:

• Parasites & other pathogens lhiding all throughout the body (not just the gut)
• Heavy metals disrupting our thyroid and brain
• Toxins from food, water and air
• Nutrient imbalances from depleted soil
• Lack of activity and sunshine
• Poor drainage, stress and sleep
• And even EMFs affecting cellular health

With advanced testing like HTMA, stool, and urine analysis, we uncover root causes often missed by traditional labs.

These tests help us detect:
✔ Parasites, candida, mold
✔ Heavy metals & gut inflammation
✔ Mineral imbalances & more

From there, we create a custom plan with detox, nutrition, and targeted support to help your body truly heal.

✨ You deserve to feel clear, energized & like yourself again. ✨

The messages I LOVE getting... ❤️

"My gums don't hurt anymore."

"I don't have eye floaters anymore."

"The fishy smell is finally gone."

Those were all real client updates from this week.

🦷 One client with significant dental issues is finally pain-free and seeing healthier gums. She also reported less soreness in a lump on her neck. 💪🏼

👀 Yet another client is eye-floater free after parasite cleansing.

🌸 And one client who had struggled with chronic bacterial vaginosis and a persistent fishy odor for years (despite multiple prescriptions) finally feels comfortable socially again because the odor is gone.

These are the moments that never get old. Sometimes the symptoms you've been told to "just live with" have a deeper root cause. 💫

Sorry for the TMI... but I know some holistic girlies need to hear this 😅💛

After my thyroid was removed, my cycle went a little chaotic (yes, it impacts ALL the hormones)... two short periods a month became my “normal.”

About 2 years ago I started sleeping with castor oil packs and my cycle regulated almost instantly. Still kind of wild to me.

When I’m working with someone dealing with hormone issues like PCOS, heavy bleeding, no cycle at all, these are often things I’ll bring into the mix.💪

Castor oil has also been known to help:
👉 Shrink fibroids and cysts (ovaries, breasts, thyroid)
👉 Improve PCOS + endo
👉 Shorten periods, reduce cramps

Don’t believe the lie that you just have to live with it... whether it’s because you’re perimenopausal, ‘this is just how your cycles have always been,’ or birth control ‘ruined’ your hormones.

Pro tip: Because castor oil is highly penetrating & is such a beast at flushing out toxins, it’s important to use high-quality, organic castor oil in a glass bottle. We don't want to drive microplastics, dyes or forever chemicals into the dermis.

Your genes are not your destiny.

Your diet, lifestyle, trauma, stress and environmental exposures influence how those genes are expressed.

If you're dealing with mystery symptoms and not getting answers, let's talk about how detoxification, nutrition and lifestyle changes may help you feel your best. 💚

Nightmares. Grinding teeth. Mood swings. Constant tummy troubles.

Most parents never connect these symptoms to parasites... but they may be missing an important clue.

You'd be surprised how many childhood symptoms are dismissed as "normal" when they're actually signals that something deeper is going on. Parasites are one often-overlooked root cause, and the signs can show up in unexpected ways.

Some signs your child might be dealing with a parasitic infection include:

😴 Nightmares, bedwetting, dark under-eye circles
🦷 Tooth grinding, nail biting, nose picking
🍭 Crazy sugar cravings
🤧 Allergies, food sensitivities, skin issues
💩 Constipation, diarrhea, or tummy aches that seem to come and go
🧴 Skin issues like itching, rashes, eczema flare-ups, or unexplained irritation
🌙 Itching around the anus, especially at night

But what’s the why behind this?

Kids are naturally more vulnerable to parasites, especially if they:

🐾 Have pets
🩴 Go barefoot (yup, even just around the house!
🏊 Swim in lakes, pools, or splash pads
👐 Struggle with consistent handwashing
👶 Have had previous infections like pinworms

Most over-the-counter meds don’t address parasite eggs, which is why symptoms so often return. That’s where herbal protocols like CellCore’s Para Kit come in - they help address the full parasite life cycle and support the immune system in the process.

The kit includes:

✔️ Child dosing by weight
✔️ Easy-to-open capsules (mix into food or smoothies!)
✔️ A gentle liquid tincture kids barely notice in juice
✔️ Antiviral herbs (perfect to have on hand during cold, flu & COVID season)

For kids with more chronic symptoms, we may also want to support drainage first. But the good news? Children haven’t had decades of toxic buildup like us adults, so their response is often much faster and easier!

Cysticercosis occurs when a person ingests microscopic eggs of the pork tapeworm, Taenia solium🪱

The eggs hatch in the intestine and larvae can travel through the bloodstream, forming fluid-filled cysts in tissues like muscles, skin, eyes, and even the brain.

Brain involvement is called neurocysticercosis 🧠 and can cause seizures.

I wrote a quick breakdown on the parasite–cyst connection and what cysticercosis actually is. Check it out👉 www.shelleybholisticnutrition.com/post/are-your-cy…

As Lyme Disease Awareness Month comes to a close, here's something worth remembering:

Many of these celebrities had access to world-class doctors, specialists, and resources... yet they still spent years searching for answers.

Lyme disease can affect anyone. It doesn't care how famous you are, how much money you have, or who your doctors are.

If you've been told your symptoms are "normal," "stress," or "all in your head," don't stop advocating for your health.

Awareness matters because early recognition can make a difference.

Which of these names surprised you the most?

🚨 Brandi Glanville says she may have contracted “sexually transmitted ringworm” in her THROAT… and there’s a lot to unpack here. 👀

First: ringworm is NOT a worm, it’s a fungal infection. 🦠 And yes, fungus can spread through close skin-to-skin contact, including sexual activity. But technically, it’s not considered a traditional STI like gonorrhea or chlamydia because it’s not spread through bodily fluids.

That said, some parasites, candida overgrowth and Lyme disease can be sexually transmissible.

Also important 👇
Fungal spread is VERY different from parasitic worms “burrowing” into tissue like she references on her podcast. Actual parasites can also penetrate the skin when microscopic larvae or eggs enter the body through contaminated soil, water, food, or direct exposure.

The bigger issue?
Direct contact with infected skin, especially active fungal overgrowth like jock itch. Athletes involved in close skin-to-skin contact are actually notorious for spreading fungal infections because of constant physical contact. 🤼‍♂️

And here’s the part mainstream medicine keeps missing…

Fungus doesn’t just randomly appear. Opportunistic fungal overgrowth thrives in bodies burdened by:
⚠️ Heavy metals
⚠️ Toxic load
⚠️ Immune dysfunction
⚠️ Chronic inflammation
⚠️ Biofilms & hidden pathogens

Fungus also isn’t limited to the skin or vaginal area... it can exist deep within tissues when the body’s terrain is compromised.

This is why so many people keep chasing creams and prescriptions while the underlying environment NEVER gets addressed.

At this @brandiglanville .… girl 😩 you need a real detox protocol, not another band-aid. DM me, I got you!🙌

Holistic Healing is a Lifestyle, Not a Quick Fix

I was recently talking to someone who said they were treating their cancer conventionally because they “heard holistic doesn’t work.” My first thought was: what if someone told you not to go to the gym because it didn’t work for them?

You’d probably have a lot of questions:

❓️What kind of workouts did you do?

❓️How long did you stick with it? A few days, weeks, months?

❓️Did you have a trainer or accountability system?

❓️Did you fuel your body with the right nutrition, stay hydrated, and get enough rest?

Holistic health works the same way. You can’t just throw a few supplements at a chronic disease and expect it to disappear. True healing is about lifestyle.

Detox isn’t a 7-day cleanse or a trendy supplement. It’s a comprehensive approach to life. It’s about what you put in your body (organic, whole foods rich in plants) and what you put on your body (clothing, soaps, deodorants, makeup and other personal care products). It’s also about what you keep out - environmental toxins, heavy metals, pathogens and chronic stressors that weigh down your system.

It’s about supporting your nervous system, moving your body regularly, getting sunlight, prioritizing sleep, managing chronic stress and addressing past trauma.

It’s using tools like infrared saunas, Rife therapy, castor oil packs, coffee enemas or IV chelation when necessary, but always in the context of a lifestyle that supports healing.

Detoxing without making these diet and lifestyle changes is like trying to deep-clean your house while someone’s tracking in mud.

It takes about 21 days to build a habit, and the more you start feeling the benefits, the more you’ll naturally crave a cleaner lifestyle... and the less you’ll even want the things you thought were hard to give up.

So, if someone tells you holistic “didn’t work” for them, ask questions. Did they truly address the root causes of their health issues? Did they make meaningful lifestyle changes? Or were they chasing a quick fix while on the standard American diet, expecting instant results and giving up when it didn’t happen?

Detox is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. And when done fully and consistently, it can support your body in ways that quick fixes never will.
