These videos are about Bipolar 1 Disorder - terminology, diagnosis, symptoms, treatment, and my own story. In addition to general knowledge about the disorder, I will be using my own experiences to allow others an inside look at mood disorders.
I also have been formally, professionally diagnosed with autism and adhd.
The first ones are pretty agonizingly self-conscious, but after the examples of depression I think I get a little better at talking to a camera. I have had this channel for many, many years. My bipolar disorder has changed and morphed into something new in between then and now. I use my vlog to educate and support others and sometimes as a sounding board or when I am going through a tough time.

I am very depressed about the election right now. I'll post when I feel better. If I have some drafts, I might. I'm trying to stay on my schedule, which is best, but I am forcing it right now. This is me as a teen. I was a 'punk rocker' then.

I am thanking God right now. It turns out the dentist found a solution to my tooth problems. Instead of crowning, which I could never afford, they are going to put fillings where the brown spots are. I got these from unconsciously tapping my teeth while I'm awake and grinding my teeth while I'm asleep. So I have to wear a guard day and night. I definitely will keep to that after they get these teeth fixed. I am so grateful. They have been making me so self-conscious and my self-confidence is lower because of it. My teeth do not have brown on them because of poor dental hygiene. I take very good care of my teeth. It's just that I have these things that I don't have any control over. I'm very self-conscious about it when I make videos and talk to people, especially dog training clients, so i'm super stoked.

Once upon a time I had straight hair. Then I was put on a medication that caused some hair loss and it became wavy. I've been growing my hair out after a long long time of short hair. Now I have curls! I love them so much!
