“PAHADI” was born during a jam session in my hostel in Sikkim with three friends — Siddharth, Nagesh, and Siprian — when a simple melody slowly turned into something that felt like home.
Growing up in Silapathar, Assam and Lekabali, Arunachal Pradesh, the hills and the people of the North East have always been a part of me.
This song is for the mountains I call home… and for the person who feels just like home.
