For people juggling multiple roles.
We explore why life feels chaotic and build systems to fix it so your habits, time, decisions, and environment work together to support the life you want.
Hi, call me Dupsie. I'm a Systems Analyst based in Canada but originally from Nigeria. I enjoy researching, analysing, identifying patterns and creating systems that work.
On this channel, we focus on creating structure for real life and digital planning so we can move from overwhelm to clarity.
If you crave structure in your days, want to build consistent habits, manage your time with simple systems, and design a calmer, more intentional life so that you can move from chaos to structure, you’re in the right place.
Welcome!

THE ROLE-SWITCH TAX
You aren't struggling because you aren't working hard enough.
You're struggling because you're paying a tax you didn't know existed: The Role-Switch Tax.
Every time you move from 'Professional' to 'Parent' to 'Partner' to 'Creator,' your brain pays an attention cost. Part of your focus is always left behind in the previous role, that’s called 'attention residue.'
The more hats you wear, the more switches you make, and the more those little costs compound. Eventually, you’re using all your energy just to switch contexts, leaving nothing left for the actual work.
In today's episode, we’re doing a full Role Audit to map out exactly where this tax is draining your daily engine.
If you want to move from 'feeling behind' to actually understanding your complexity map, listen to the full breakdown here: https://youtu.be/D7gIqxdvL8s

The routine you want vs. the routine that survives Wednesday
I just dropped a new video on building a consistent routine for busy people and I said something in it that I want to sit with you on:
Most routines are designed for your best day. Full sleep. Clear schedule. Everything smooth.
And then Wednesday hits.
The toddler wakes up early.
Work runs late.
Your energy is at 20%.
And the routine breaks.
Here's the reframe that changed everything for me: Perfectionism is the enemy of consistency.
The solution isn't to try harder on hard days. It's to have a minimum viable version of your routine ready before the hard day even arrives.
Your 45-minute morning routine needs a 5-minute hard-day version.
Three intentions instead of a full planning session. Done.
I want to hear from you: what would the minimum viable version of your ideal routine look like? The version you can still do when everything goes sideways?
Drop it in the comments.
And if you haven't watched the full video yet, it's live on the channel now — four steps to a routine that doesn't collapse the moment life gets real. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5zMl...👇

For years I thought something was wrong with me.
Too many interests.
Couldn't pick one.
Felt like I was falling behind while everyone else "found their thing."
Turns out the career advice we were given wasn't built for people like us.
So I built a framework instead.
Three shelves.
One anchor.
Sprints, not forever choices.
If you've ever been told you need to "pick one thing" - this one's for you.
Career Strategy for People With Many Interests - live now.

Which shelf do you think holds most of your interests right now?

One thing I am growing into is learning to celebrate little wins.
Starting a new channel was very daunting; I struggled with the thoughts for so many months because starting over is scary.
And for someone venturing into a completely different niche that is already saturated,
it all felt like a delusion.
Exactly one month since my first video went live.
1500 views later
I am more than grateful.
Thanks to everyone watching, engaging with my videos, and subscribing to the channel. I hope you know we are making history together.
With love,
Dupe.

How many decisions did you make today before 9 AM? 🤯
What to wear. What to eat. Which task to start with. Whether to reply to that email now or later. By the time you sit down to work, your brain is already on low battery, and you haven't even started the real work yet.
That's not a motivation problem. That's a design flaw. 🛠️
I just dropped a video where I break down the 5-Minute Decision System I use as a Systems Analyst to go from spiral → solved.
Four elements.
Any decision.
Works for lunch plans AND career pivots.
👉 Watch it here: How I Stopped Overthinking Every Decision https://youtu.be/ojSr5OIMyPk
And tell me in the comments — what's the decision you've been overthinking the longest? I'll help you break it down. 💚

Stop waiting for perfect conditions to be consistent. 🛑
One of the most powerful shifts you can make is creating a Busy Day Rule. It’s the absolute bare minimum you do to keep a habit alive when you're overwhelmed.
In my latest video I shared exactly why popular routine methods (like the aestethic morning routine, the 5am routine etc) fail, and introduced a Fail-Safe Routine that ensures you gently stay consistent with your goals no matter what without losing momentum.
Check out the latest video here: How to stop GIVING UP on your routines and ACTUALLY stay consistent 🔄 - E4"

I abandoned my 5000-sub channel to start a new one because the system is broken.
For the longest time, I held on to my other channel @SaintdupsieTV , hoping I could "reengineer" it.
Truth is, nothing was wrong with the channel; the problem was me.
I was pivoting.
I realised I was forcing content on an audience that didn't subscribe to it.
As a System Analyst, I took a step back to assess the channel and concluded that my new mission needs its own home 🏠and a community that resonates with it.
So, welcome to SYSTEMS-BASED LIFE.🚀
This channel is for anyone with an extremely busy life.
For the "multi-role" humans.
For people with unrelated responsibilities.
For you with parallel roles.
For everyone needing a space to grow in their personal lives.
Because life can be chaotic, and having systems in place is what gives clarity and reduces overwhelm.
Friends, videos are up, and you will love this one:
"Why your busy life still feels unproductive (how to fix it)"
https://youtu.be/TmNsPNEu1g0?si=RCBlH...
Since you’re here, I'd love to hear from you.
Which "role" feels the most chaotic for you right now?
1️⃣ Managing the Home/Family
2️⃣ Career/Business Growth
3️⃣ Personal Habits & Health
4️⃣ "All of the above!"
Let me know in the comment.
Thank you so much for reading, and i'd love to have you here with me.
X
