⚠️ UPDATE: As of June 9, 2026, the pre-arrival card is mandatory for all international arrivals at the following airports:
1. Saigon's Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN).
2. Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport (HAN).
3. Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC)

So if you are ON an international flight and land at one of those three airports, you need to complete the online pre-arrival card within 72 hours before arrival. Stay tuned for more updates.
