Hello everyone!

Let my physical eyes and ears do their jobs.

As a Vietnamese living in New Zealand with my husband and his family, I've found solace in mindful practices that aid my physical and mental well-being.
.

My life has totally changed since the end of 2015 when I got diagnosed with hypopharyngeal cancer at the age of late 29.

And because I'm unable to speak due to my entire voice box removal, I use texts to share my experiences and the values I've learned along the way.
.

Thank you for joining me on this mindful journey of simplicity!❤️

Hi there!

Good time to all of us!

Being single or mingled, I really wish you all good health to be able to take care of yourself and spread more love to those who need it, including me!

To temporarily close the series about sour taste, I would like to say one important thing:

🌿if the sour taste is higher than the need of the body for quite a long time, it can cause hair loss.

Therefore, in the next video, I will be mentioning the next taste: acrid - contrast or balance the acidity in the body.

Thanks so much for being my companion during this journey! ❤️

/Brainy work and the need for sour taste/

🌿About 10 years ago, my work relied heavily on mental effort, which means I did use my brain most of the time, with minimal physical activity.

5 years ago, I got to know that the more I used my brain, the more I craved sour tastes. However, my body couldn't handle purely sour foods (I know why), so I often consumed them with salty or spicy sauces, which weren't ideal for brain health.

When I combined these flavors, the high acidity helped my bloodstream transport the salty and spicy elements to my brain, along with the sour foods.
This made it challenging for my brain to filter out the unwanted substances. As a younger person, my body might have coped better, and tried to balance the 6 tastes, but as it became more imbalanced, this process became increasingly difficult. Eventually, my neck was the first to show signs of trouble.
.

So, since the day my body re-guided me in 2020, I began to grow the ability to eat sour food separately from other spices and not with animal proteins.
You can watch I eat lemons in the video in the comments below.

The photos below are the examples of what I mentioned above.

Thanks so much for reading my personal experiences!

🌿💓I wish you all good health and have your own way of staying healthy.
