Pure Hearts is a children's initiative, aged 4 -18 years, from different schools and different residential areas of Gurugram/ Delhi NCR. Together as one family, Pure Hearts is supporting underprivileged children in bastis/ NGOs, with special needs/ autism, war veterans, environment protection, senior care, children with cancer/critical illnesses, free medical checkup camps, eye camps and many more since 2014. All initiatives of Pure Hearts are collective efforts of children, supported by adult volunteers and communities coming together for selfless "sewa" nurturing humanity - for the nation and people.
Children are very close to the environment, and they have given their 200% percent working towards various initiatives be it rally for save the river, reduce, reuse, and recycle plastic, tree plantation, Save Soil Nukad Nattaks in collaboration with Isha Foundation, reduce plastic in menstrual waste.

At Josh Talks 2024, Mrs. Bakhtawar Saini shares her heartfelt journey as a mother navigating the challenges of her son Ranveer’s autism. Mrs. Bakhtawar Saini has over 27 years of experience in the corporate, education and special needs fields. She is the Deputy Chairperson and on the Management Committee of Scottish High International School. She also directs the Integrated Department of Scottish High which is responsible for integrating special needs with the mainstream. She also designs curriculum for Special education, inclusive education and their periodic evaluations. She has conducted various workshops on inclusive education, inclusive assessment and on numerous topics to inspire educators, youth leaders, parents and students across the world.
