This channel started as a journey around the UK coastline with my dog, but my videos will be more than one route, one trike, or one idea.

Paws and Pedal now lives on as part of the story, a series, not the whole channel.

This space is about movement, recovery, curiosity, and seeing the world with new eyes after everything changes.

After surviving a near-fatal accident that left me in a coma with 40% burns, I made a choice: to stop surviving and start living.

This channel follows my journey of healing, resilience, and rediscovery, travelling through wild landscapes across the UK and beyond with and sometimes without my loyal companion, Taco.
