Up here, where I live, winter’s cold reigns. Snow covers the ground, the days are short, and the nights are long. What do the plants do during this time? They retreat into the protective earth, into their roots, endure as seeds, or wrap themselves in securely packed buds. And they know that with the winter solstice, the new light is reborn in the depths.

We should take the plants as our example: retreat inward, reconnect with our spiritual roots; wrap our souls in good thoughts and life-nourishing imaginations, and trust that everything will transform for the better once again.

Wolf and man.

When the guy already for the 4th

time has seen the wolf,

the chief asked him,

what happened in his life

afterwards and

each time there was a decisive

change that transformed his life.

The wolf is our protector,

our soul animal that lives in our heart,

you are partly a wolf, but the wolf

in you is a burden.

He is the hunter whom everyone hunts,

the murderer whom everyone murders.

Man and wolf have

evolved together,

we poach in the pack as they do,

we raid territories, as they do,

they destroy enemies, as we do, and

we have done everything in our power,

to wipe them out.

Before there were arrows and guns,

they tried to wipe us out.

It is said that the wolf exists

so that man does not spread

and man exists so that the

wolf does not spread.

If we are to destroy each other,

then why is someone protecting me?

I don't know, ask the wolf.

With the cry of a vision.

Yesterday I was able to observe an amazing phenomenon in the sky in the Bavarian Alps,
the so-called "Aurora Borealis".
As in every 11-year cycle, the sun is now in its high-energy phase, which is expected to last until the end of 2025.

It is an intense and constant mixture of energies.
We inhabitants of Mother Earth often feel these very individually. Some can't name them, but they can feel them. Whether people, animals, trees, plants, even the weather... everything depends on the energy of the sun.
Nowadays, thanks to modern technology, it is possible to take such pictures. In southern Europe, this would not be possible with the naked eye, you can only observe a red color in the sky, only by photographing this phenomenon becomes visible to the human eye.
It's different at the North Pole, for example.

Now I'm grateful that I was able to see it, and apparently the solar storm is still going on today.🌌

I wish us continued happiness and joy.

All indigenous peoples worship the nature spirits, the true connection between man and Mother Nature. A connection with their own existence.

Nature spirits, deities or spiritual beings.
They can take various forms, including natural phenomena such as mountains, rivers and trees, but also ancestors, spirits of the deceased and even abstract concepts such as happiness and success.

In today's modern world, everything is reported on, everything is commented on, everything is discussed and and and...
Now we have forgotten to become empty and to feel the wind on our skin in the emptiness, to look at the meadow with the plants and trees without comment.

Listening to the birds and the stream and simply being in the void. Just let Mother Nature take effect and enjoy. Because when something is good for the soul, it heals automatically.

Let's empty ourselves for a moment and let Mother Nature embrace us.

Nowadays we are bombarded with esotericism from all sides. Books, courses, training, online offers and most of them always for a lot of money. We humans forget that there is no book, guru or similar that teaches us how to meditate properly or understand life. There is only nature and the moment in the here and now.
If you want to know about meditation or living in the rhythm of nature, you have to go into nature. You have to become empty and let nature affect you with all your senses. Look at the flower in the meadow, take your time and become one with it.
Feel the wind in your hair, let the sun warm your body and listen to the birds. Let the energy in the center of your chest reach your heart. This energy will fill you with light and love.
