Its too late to grow Tomatoes from seed now, but you should still be able to buy a few plants at the garden centre if you missed sowing - plant them well and they will produce well for you!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT THE POSSIBLE FOOD SHORTAGES?

There's a lot of talk about food shortage coming in 3-6 months and it feels to me like many people aren't reacting to this, making any changes, or even provisions!

The fact is NOW is the time to start a garden, don't wait until the shortage hit... it''ll be winter then and not much will grow, but start NOW and you'll have fresh food on your plate if times do get hard... and if they don't you'll still get to enjoy the fresh produce you grew away - and probably save yourself a few quid!!! 💰

Main crop potatoes and Beans, (either to eat green or to dry and shell) are 2 very worthy crops you can be planting RIGHT NOW that are great food sources and store very well too.
