The giant tortoises weren't available for a chat 🐢, but we enjoyed a dazzling sunset, the Sunday Farmers Market (those mushrooms 🍄and flowers and greens😍), Barts Books, a few great restaurants, and the walk-in massage place open until 10pm.

Highly recommend hosting an event at the Sane Living Center! 👌 Karol was a true professional and host for both days of our workshop, and the space is modern and beautiful. 🙌

The first half of July 2025 has brought in accelerated developments, highly coded with soul guidance that is propelling us forward in to the next evolutionary phase.

A driving intention that you may resonate with is to anchor in new frequency architecture rooted in higher spiritual alignment, both at an individual level, and for the planet's ascension.

With all outer planets now in a beautiful, positive alignment of growth and creation, the very cells in our bodies are also feeling the same inspiring alignment.

We are newly calibrating with these cosmic frequencies for the first time ever.

The body, as a cosmic vessel of wisdom, is shifting and moving us into our next level dreams, experiences, and manifestations.

The heart is expanding to hold more compassion, support, and love.

The soul is powerfully alive with clear crystalline coding.

Yet the mind may be connecting to the chaos of it all.

All is well.

Your soul is uploading and downloading frequently across dimensions, pulling in what you are in alignment with, while simultaneously unraveling and removing what you have fulfilled in this lifetime.

Energetic patterning changes are highly evident as deep breaks in conditioning unfold.

The old is repulsive; the new is uplifting.

I hope his passing was peaceful and filled with a strong sense of accomplishment for his soul's work in this lifetime. 🕊️

Unofficially, "I heard" he died in his sleep in April, around Easter. I do not know if this is the full truth, and it is important to honor whatever the family cares to share, or not, especially at this time.
