🚨On July 2, 2026, 🚨James Lee Bauerle Jr. was arrested on six felony counts related to child sex crimes, including Promotion of Child Sexual Trafficking, a Level 3 Felony. (see all charges below).

Bauerle Jr., a resident of Carmel, IN, was investigated by the Hamilton County Metro ICAC Task Force after receiving a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

🚨The CyberTip, submitted by Snapchat, showed chat messages where a user was attempting to convince a juvenile to send him nude photographs.

🚨Detectives with the Hamilton County Metro ICAC Task Force served a search warrant 🔍on Bauerle’s Snapchat account which showed chat messages with multiple different juveniles consisting of sexual conversations.

🚨The messages included nude photos he sent of himself as well as chat messages where he was directing the juveniles to fondle themselves in a sexual manner. A search warrant was conducted on Bauerle’s residence where additional evidence of Bauerle Promoting Child Sexual Trafficking as well as Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material was located.

🚨Bauerle Jr. was taken into custody on Thursday July 2, 2026, at the ✔️Indianapolis International Airport with help from the FBI - Indianapolis FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force and the U.S. Customs & Border Protection Chicago Field Office.

The task force is headquartered at the Fishers Police Department. The task force is comprised of detectives from the following agencies: Fishers Police Department, Carmel Police Department, Westfield Police Department - Indiana, Noblesville Police Department, Greenfield Police Department, City of Anderson Police Department, Indiana, Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Indiana, Madison County Sheriff, Department of Homeland Security Investigations. The task force focuses on internet crimes against children and investigates child exploitation cases in Hamilton, Hancock, Madison, and Tipton counties.

Bauerle Jr. is being held at the Hamilton County Jail.

🚨Nathan Bailey was found guilty today on all 48 felonies he faced.

Bailey was caught after police got a call from a group called Bikers Against Predators.

🚨Detectives later found 24 videos and 10 images, showing adults performing sex acts on children.

🚨Bailey bought and shared videos of child pornography involving❌️ infants and, in at least one case, traded a $30 Apple gift card for a video.

🚨Two arrests in Madison County,
🚨Carlos Ponce, 44, and 🚨Jessica Lindzy, 45, are both charged with:

- Two counts of promotion of child sexual trafficking, a Level 3 Felony
- Two counts of child exploitation, a Level 5 Felony
- Dissemination of matter harmful to minors, a Level 6 Felony
- Neglect of a dependent, a Level 6 Felony

🚨Court docs say the investigation started in May when a 16-year-old girl came forward to police.

🚨Detectives learned that on several occasions, Ponce and Lindzy would pick up the girl from her home, have her ❌️turn off her location and❌️ drive her to hotels in Anderson, Brownsburg and Lindy's home in Ingalls, Indiana.

🚨The pair would allegedly give the girl drugs, including ketamine, weed and mushrooms and have sex with her.

Court docs say Ponce recorded the sexual abuse on his phone and shared those videos with Lindzy.

Both made their initial hearings in court Friday and are in jail on $50,000 surety bond.

🚨MARION MAN ARRESTED ON CSAM AND VOYEURISM CHARGES 🚨

🚨A Marion man is facing multiple felony charges following an investigation by the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

🚨According to Indiana State Police,🚨 41-year-old Charles A. Baker II of Marion was arrested June 17 after detectives received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

🚨Investigators with the Indiana State Police Peru District, the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, and the Grant County Sheriff’s Office👮‍♂️ executed a search warrant🔍 at Baker’s residence, where multiple electronic devices were seized as part of the investigation.

Baker was subsequently arrested⛓️ and transported to the Grant County Jail.

He is currently facing the following charges:

▪️ Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Level 6 Felony
▪️ Voyeurism, Level 6 Felony (4 counts)

🚨Indiana State Police said the investigation originated from information provided through NCMEC’s CyberTipline, which receives reports involving the online exploitation of children.

🚨Multiple agencies assisted in the investigation, including the Marion Police Department, Howard County Sheriff’s Office, Grant County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Child Services, and K9 Jeb.

🚨Indiana teacher arrested by Kansas police over alleged sexual relationship with student

🚨An Indiana teacher was taken into custody over an alleged sexual relationship with a student.

🚨According to authorities, 🚨62-year-old John Lotz, a former Lawrence high school teacher, has been arrested in Indiana in connection with an alleged ❌️sexual relationship with a ❌️15-year-old student that investigators say occurred more than 25 years ago.

🚨Lotz was arrested June 2 in Terre Haute, Indiana, following an investigation by the Lawrence Police Department, authorities said.

🚨Investigators allege that while working as a high school teacher in Lawrence between 1999 and 2001, Lotz engaged in a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student.

🚨Lotz was in his mid-30s at the time of the alleged offense, according to police.

Detectives traveled to Indiana to interview Lotz before taking him into custody.

🚨Police said Lotz left Lawrence after his time as an educator there and continued his career in education elsewhere.

Authorities released limited details about the case to protect the identity of the alleged victim.

🚨Lotz worked as an assistant director of business engagement at the✔️ Indiana State University Career Center.

🚨 The university issued the following statement to the publication regarding the matter:

"Indiana State University is aware that a former employee has been charged with criminal offenses in the state of Kansas. Because of an ongoing criminal investigation, the university will not comment further on the former employee, the allegations, or the legal proceedings. Questions regarding the charges should be directed to the appropriate law enforcement and judicial authorities in Kansas."

🚨 Lotz was charged in Douglas County on June 3 and made an initial court appearance on June 4. He was held in the Douglas County Jail on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court again on June 30.

🚨Fort Wayne man arrested following child sexual abuse material, child sex trafficking investigation


🚨 A Fort Wayne man is in police custody following a child sexual abuse material and child sex trafficking investigation.

The Fort Wayne Police Department says it was contacted by Internet Crimes Against Children task force detectives in Lebanon, Indiana, on May 5 📅 about the investigation.

According to the detectives, 🚨56-year-old Raymond Fosnight had been identified as a suspect.

FWPD says a search warrant 🔍 was obtained and executed at around 10:30 a.m. Friday at Fosnight’s home in the 6500 block of Covington Hollow Lane.

🚨According to the department, several pieces of evidence were seized, and Fosnight was transported to the detective bureau before being subsequently arrested.

Fosnight was booked into the Allen County Jail and faces the following preliminary charges:

🚨A Greenfield man faces 32 charges of child exploitation and possession of child sex abuse material. The 35-year-old 🚨Michael Roberts Jr. was arrested yesterday and is in the Hancock County Jail.

The investigation started last year in September with 2 cyber tips reported by Kik. The tips said 65 files had been uploaded and it gave the email and IP address of the person responsible. Investigators found hundreds of images and videos on his devices including ❌babies under 2 to 10 years old and animals.

🚨According to the probable cause Roberts was in❌ group chats discussing in detail his desire to❌ molest children, ❌impregnate a child and said he has been watching ❌bestiality since he was in middle school.


Also in the PC police say Roberts told people in the group chats he created child sex abuse images using AI.


“Don’t tell anyone but all the pics I post I create with an AI program I coded, well tweaked with a code so it's unfiltered and can do anything offline so it's all local and
untracked.”
