Hi, my name is Em. I’m originally from Romania and I’ve been living in the UK for over 11 years.

On this channel I talk about what it’s really like living abroad, leaving corporate life in search of something more meaningful, mental health, overcoming anxiety, burnout, masculinity, and the ups and downs of trying to rebuild a more fulfilling life.
