Thank you to those who suggested page numbers from the "Social Elegance" book to discuss those sections. We randomly chose four or five of them, and I recorded videos that will be released on Saturdays.

I also chose the finance-related and humiliation rituals sections from the book and pre-recorded them (in the same format), and they are scheduled on Saturdays until the end of August. As I mentioned, I will be very tied up behind the scenes with the business over the summer, so it was either no YouTube videos or posting once a week in this new format. I tried to do it twice a week as I have recently been posting on Wed/Sat, but I did not have the capacity. So it is scheduled to be Sat only for the next two months. Nonetheless, I went over the pre-recorded videos, and they were full of value.

This is what I meant earlier: I am not a content creator. I am a business owner who makes content. This is why I don't go live for four hours, as so many content creators and influencers do. I do sometimes go live, but the longest I've been on has been 90 minutes. When I have time, I like to connect with people. However, I have found that the people who come on my lives are almost never people who end up working with me. If you ever want to catch me live, I'm on TikTok and IG. I may go live this Saturday, right before or after I meet with my Eminence clients (we are having an extra meeting to discuss the Social Elegance book), because next week I will be swamped. Hope to see some of you there.

We just sent out an email answering some of the most FAQ. I'm reposting here for people who aren't on our email list. I highly recommend that you do stay on the list for future updates. Whichever way you opt in via email (check the links here on YouTube), you will automatically be added to our list.

Q1: Will you be deleting all your social media?

Currently, there are no plans to. Retirement from coaching does not mean I have to erase myself online. You do not have to worry about losing access to the free public content.

Q2: Will you be deleting your DIY courses?

There are no plans to. At some point, the DIY courses may no longer be available for sale, but we do not plan to delete them.

Q3: When will you stop actively coaching?

It will be around late this year, or early 2027.

Q4: Why are you retiring? Don't you love what you do?

Typically, I get this question from people who wish they could have their own coaching business. I am living many people's dream. I have been coaching full-time for close to a decade. I am very grateful to have lived this path that most people only dream of or start but struggle to succeed in. I am not tired of coaching. I will always be doing some form of coaching regardless of what business I take on. We grow and develop throughout our careers, and our goals evolve.

Q5: Where will you be, and what are you planning to do?

For a limited time, I will train social elegance coaches through my proprietary program so the work can live on and continue to change lives. This is a social elegance coach training program, not to be confused with Eminence, the live group coaching.

Q6: What is the social elegance training program about?

The coach training program certifies coaches to teach my work. We plan to launch the beta in October, prioritizing past and current Eminence clients. If you were a past Eminence client who completed at least 6 months and are interested, please check the Allies Roundtable News for updates. If you took Eminence but are not in the Allies Roundtable, then please email to receive a link. We will have a presentation and Q&A, and enrolment in the coach training program will be open over the summer.

I will be very busy over the summer and the second half of this year as I prepare to retire from coaching. I will post some long-form videos without my face because we don’t need to set up, do my makeup, etc, so it’s faster to create. It can potentially be better in terms of info, more dense because it allows me to put all my focus on the information only without any distractions. As a woman, you’re never enough. Even when you show up to do the work that nobody else wants to do to lift up those who are systemically oppressed, holding the hands of those who are in nobody’s best interest to help, you’ll be met with criticism that you still didn’t do enough, didn’t meet all their expectations, your help wasn’t perfect, and that they’re unhappy that you didn’t make them feel better.

Women, especially WoGM take a man’s ideas and presence eternally grateful, and interpret that as help even when he never had the intention to resonate with women or help them, especially WoGM.

This is why if you’ve been in business, you know that the best way is to give lip service to give women the illusion of winning by selling them false powergasm and male-centered outcomes that further oppresses them, and focus on benefiting yourself.

If you’ve wondered why women who made it don’t bother with women who didn’t, it’s because the women who are in survival mode and suffer from internalized misogyny are some of the worst risk factors for women who understand the system and have learned to play.

One of the biggest common issues that I encounter in coaching is women not getting the memo. Women are so used to violence and being yelled at that they do not take calm feedback and warnings seriously. Women are so used to reacting to severe urgency that feels traumatic to the point of having IBS symptoms, but are not tuned into fair warnings leading up to that dire consequence.

You will not be a culture fit to spaces where overt anger isn't the practice when you don't accept and adjust to ongoing feedback. When you don't understand the language of professionalism, you will suddenly be let go, or mobbed out. You will only be a fit to the language that you understand, which is what you call "toxic," but you will find yourself putting up with such relationships and cultures because you need predictability. This environment will ruin you, but at least it was the language that you could understand. You will not be a fit for "high value" spaces, where the language is all subtle and subtext-driven.

If you were able to avoid facing your Good Girl mindset and hide behind your education and bravado...by midlife, that mindset will engulf you and direct you to submit to the patriarchy. Your burnout is related to your infantilized mindset that does not know how to navigate capitalism effectively, and as a "solution," directs you to see a man as the solution: the exact self-sabotage programming that your mother lived (and which you may have judged all your life).
