A client from Mexico recently contacted us — their engineer was unable to configure the LED screen, and the whole system was in black out. 🚫
We immediately set up a remote support session via AnyDesk (12:00 PM China time / 11:00 AM Mexico time). Using the original manufacturer's RCFG file, we reconfigured the system and successfully restored full operation. 🔧
