Day 1 of a 30-day journey to unveil my more daring artistic creations.
Two years ago, I purchased these art papers that remained untouched. I struggled to find a purpose for them, as pour paintings seemed too weighty for paper. However, during a painting session one night, fascinating patterns emerged from the dripping paint on my art table. Intrigued, I placed one of my unused art papers underneath to catch the paint drips.
As the drops exceeded the paper's capacity, I took the initiative to swipe and evenly spread the paint, revealing a unique form of art I had never witnessed before. It was the birth of the Salvador Dali in me.
Enthralled by this discovery, I continued to create more. Despite hesitating to share these treasures for years, that era has come to an end.
I've identified my creative hurdle: overthinking 😅
Someone painted with acrylics for the first time! 😃
In the first week of January 2024, I gathered around 25 people of different ages, both adults and kids, and taught them how to do basic acrylic pouring for free! We had a lot of fun creating cool art. I can't wait to do it again!
I adore these blue hues. There's no hidden artistic significance. If this painting suggests anything, it likely hints at my longing to see the ocean again 🌊 🦭 ⛵️ 🐚.
