She came across man, who punched a clown/jester known as Pierrot. Adeline interfered the fight to stop the man from hurting the clown/jester even more. Adeline will soon realise, there is consequences for helping clown/jester person.

Humans and Toons lives separate worlds, while they never came over to their worlds. It was forbidden for humans and toons until she somehow ends up in Toon City. Adeline was the only human, who somehow crossed over to their world. Now, Adeline is trying not to attract to the Toon people’s attention because she knew something was wrong in this world. Even, she was learning about the sickness was sprinting around the Toon people too.
