I stole the term chops from the music industry. A musician that has become proficient with their instrument is said to have serious chops. The goal of this channel is to help people get GIS chops. If you are a GIS professional or someone that only does GIS work as a small part of your job - this channel is for you. Maybe you are a GIS manager and you need to train new personnel - point them at this channel. I will be streaming tomorrow at 11:00 am Mountain Time instead of noon. I will be showing you how much faster I can enter a subdivision in ArcMap than Pro. I also figured out my draw speed issue, so I will be showing you what I liked about ArcMap's fabric and what I didn't like. See you tomorrow!

I apologize for not streaming today - I was coming up against some tech issues causing extremely slow draw time and nobody wants to sit through the spinning globe. I will be back next week where I will pit ArcMap's method of entering data in the parcel fabric against ArcGIS Pro's method. I have explained how I was faster in ArcMap while entering subdivisions, but I think it is easier to show you. See you next Friday!
