Here to help you grow your business!

At heart, I’m an entertainer who’s passionate about helping business owners. I speak at business conferences around the country and have set up a seminar business, teaching business owners and entrepreneurs how to Soar To Success.

I also love teaching people how to get more customers, how to keep them and at the same time build a business that literally works without them in it.

If this sounds familiar and you’re looking for help then these videos act as a helping hand.

I’m on a mission to help business owners change, from surviving to thriving, using all the experience, learnings, mistakes made and successes that have led me to my current businesses turning over £30 million and employing 1000 staff.

So if you’d like to build a business that gets more customers, makes more money and generates regular income then make sure you subscribe to my channel today.

Most people don't own a business. They own a job with worse holidays.

Two days in January, I'm going to show you how to fix that. Business Masterclass 2027 is everything I've learnt building a £50m+ group of companies — how to build a team that runs the day-to-day, how to make your business genuinely valuable (not just busy), and how to turn profits into personal wealth.

No selling on the day. Leave your card at home. And if you don't get at least 20 times your ticket price in value, I'll refund you AND pay your train fare home.

The best event of the year is changing!

After 3 years in London, we're doing something different with Business Masterclass. In January 2027, we're taking it to Ashridge House, an award-winning country estate just north of London.

Two days. 200 entrepreneurs. No distractions.

Why the change? Because the best thinking happens when you step out of your regular environment completely. Away from the office. Away from the noise. In a room with 200 other business owners who are as serious about growth as you are.

The content is everything I have learnt building a £50m+ group of companies over 20 years:

→ How to build a business that works without you, not a job
→ How to build a team that runs the day-to-day
→ How to invest in commercial property to build wealth
→ Marketing that actually works (and stops wasting your money)

No selling on the day. Leave your card at home.

And if you're staying over, join us for the delegate dinner on the Tuesday evening in Ashridge's dining hall - don't forget to add it at checkout.

📅 18th & 19th January 2027
📍 Ashridge House, Berkhamsted

It's like a school trip but for Entrepreneurs. Rossi ice cream included.

This is my favourite event of year. Bringing together a small group of entrepreneurs who are genuinely serious about going from good to great.

Something far more intimate and far more valuable than a room full of people in a cold conference room.

This October, I'm hosting The Retreat in Provence, France. Four days, all-inclusive, with a maximum of 20 high-level business owners.

The people in that room will have collectively generated hundreds of millions in revenue. They'll be ambitious, profitable, and hungry to build businesses that work without them in it.

Over the four days we'll go deep on:

- Building a scalable, valuable business
- Acquisitions strategy
- Creating management teams that run without you
- Long-term wealth creation
- Direct time with me

This isn't for everyone. To attend, your business must employ people, be profitable, and turn over at least £1 million annually. You need to have management in place and genuine ambition to grow.

If that sounds like you, the full details and tickets are here: www.jamessinclair.net/the-retreat

This is very limited and there's only a few spaces left.

If you got hit by a bus tomorrow, would your business survive?

Harsh question. But it's worthing some thought.

Most businesses are entirely dependent on their owner. That's not a business, that's a job with extra stress and no sick pay.

On 7th July I'm running Business Breakthrough, a one-day masterclass for entrepreneurs who want to build something that works without them. We'll cover building a management team, raising finance, creating recurring revenue, and making your business attractive to investors or buyers.

Small group. Full day. Money-back guarantee if you don't leave with something game-changing.

Most business owners are too busy working IN their business to ever build something that works without them.

That's the trap.

On 7th July, I'm hosting a one-day masterclass called Business Breakthrough and the whole day is built around one question: is your business actually valuable, or are you just busy?

You'll leave knowing how to build a management team that runs things without you, raise finance to growth, create recurring revenue, and get your business ready for sale - whether you plan to sell or not.

Iron-clad money-back guarantee if you don't take away something that will help your business.

If you’re in business and things aren’t going the way you want, join the club.

That’s the daily reality for entrepreneurs. The constant jostle against whatever storms come our way is part of the job.

Frankly, we have to admit we’ve all had those thoughts: the arguments at home, the thankless tasks you must do just to keep going.

You know you could make it easier by thinking smaller, but that’s not you - you want to do more.

You may ask yourself: why do this stupid thing?

My years are leaving me; the punches are constant. It’s like sailing a ship with a torn, half arsed, hand-me-down of a sail, yet you climb the mast with thread in hand to repair it with worn-out tools, just as a chilling gale blows against your beaten-down efforts.

You feel the cold, you feel the loneliness. Still you pursue your endeavours. You’re an entrepreneur. You have a crew that needs you and a destination to reach. (Knowing the destination helps greatly - most don't, they sail around like they're looking for water)

This month produced a disappointing set of numbers in our hospitality and leisure business - probably to the tune of £500k, down on last year - yuck!

I haven’t done the full count yet. It’s simply not fun. Trouble is, costs don’t fall in line with decline: wages are high, rents and rates still demand their slice of a smaller pie.

I admit disappointing numbers send me into a slumber.

All my other businesses that had a good time will have to pick up the slack, which means they are robbed of their cash flow to support the wider group, that's the beauty of diversification.

The reality is I am always battle-ready. I have seen these storms of disappointment for years; I brush myself off and get going.

The answer is to grow out of the problem.

Contraction is the beginning of death.

Those who retreat end up losing, you may feel a temporary respite but disappointment soon festers in your noggin.

You have to march forward with 90 minutes of clear, articulate planning.

Just 90 minutes a day, working on your business not in it. Find the time and you'll help yourself to tremendous riches.

Find a room and a notepad. Then brain dump. Using pen and paper works so much better than whizzie tech!

Start with the heading: How am I going to make things better?

Sub head: How am I going to get better and up skill!

Think about the three constraints that hold a business back:
1. Capital
2. Talent
3. The Leader

If you need more capital, work on a plan to get more leads, more sales, more revenue streams, build better models, or raise funds.

If you can’t do that, identify the talent you need to help achieve those things.

And remember - if you’re not good enough, if you’re constrained in your thinking, how can you expect to move forward with better talent and more capital?

Talent and capital are attracted to great leaders. They always have been. It's as true as night follows day.

Talent and capital are attracted to leadership like metal to magnets.

Do you ever look back over the year and wonder why things have not moved forward as much as you hoped?

You know your business has more potential. The ideas, ambition and capability are already in the room. Day to day demands take over, and the bigger moves stay just out of reach.

This session is about changing that as you head into 2026. Join James tomorrow night at 7pm to see how Business Accelerator helps you create momentum, focus on what matters and get your team moving together.
