Dearest family,
Today I want to confess something that has been hurting me deeply these days...

After all the love you have given me and the wonderful people I have had the privilege of meeting here, I consider you my family. And it is that bond that gives me the strength to share this with you today.

I want to alert the community: some channels are shamelessly copying me and another well-known creator you all probably recognize. This is hurting us in many ways and honestly discourages us from continuing, when anything, even with extremely poor quality, gets the same views.

Many of us who create in Youtube pour everything into every single video: countless hours spread across days of work, hours of planning, technical tools, and genuine love for what we do. Every detail matters to some of us. Every second of music, every image, every word in a title.

When you start out as a creator, it is only natural to get inspired by those who are doing it well, and even to borrow some ideas along the way. That is how art has always worked. And naturally, before long, each person develops their own aesthetic, their own flavour, their own way of creating. That creative journey is natural and something beautiful.

But there is a world of difference between being inspired and outright stealing. There are channels out there where every single video, without exception, is a copied idea of other channel. Exact titles taken from my channel or from other creators. Thumbnails replicated to look almost identical, with the sole intention of confusing viewers into clicking. Some channels have even gone as far as copying the exact name of another channel.

And the content inside? They trick the algorithm with videos with more likes than views when published. Cases like a title that promises aerial inventions, and when you open it you find a random collection of completely unrelated clips, no connection between them, no connection to the title, nothing. Just mass created content assembled in minutes, with no soul and no purpose other than gaming the algorithm.

Please be aware that your time and your attention are very precious. And your time and attention are the greatest reward we creators receive. Every time you choose what to watch, you are casting a vote. A vote for the kind of content you want to exist.

Your attention is the most powerful thing you have as a viewer, and it shapes this space more than any algorithm ever could. When you give it to creators who pour their heart into their work, you help something real grow. When it goes to creators who simply copy and steal from others, you are, without realizing it, rewarding unfair practices. Most of you probably never think about this when you open YouTube, and that is completely understandable. That is exactly why I want to remind you: your attention matters more than you know.

YouTube wants to keep this platform honest, these practices are taken very seriously by YouTube, but they can only act on them when users report what they see. If you ever stumble upon channels that feel like empty imitations, built only to deceive, know that YouTube gives all of us the tools you need to dislike and report any content you consider misleading, deceptive, or a shameless imitation of someone else's work. Every voice in this community counts.

Out of respect, I will not name anyone directly. But I will let these images speak for themselves, a clear example of what I am talking about.

Dearest family,

Today is Sunday and I'm enjoying a delicious coffee as another week comes to an end. On Sunday mornings, when I don't have to prepare lunch because the family is gathering, I love to sip my coffee quietly, gazing out the window and reflecting.

It took me quite some time to learn how to use this technology, thanks to the love and patience of my daughter, who taught me how to create these wonderful songs. Three weeks ago, I took the leap and started publishing. I must admit I felt a mixture of nerves and fear, but thanks to all of you, it very quickly became an immensely comforting sensation.

I never imagined I could feel so much joy or feel so fulfilled as a person when I started creating this. In my mind, I thought it would be something fun, but I never imagined the depth I would feel receiving your affection and knowing that my humble creation brings comfort to people living thousands of miles away from me, that it brings them a bit of peace in their daily lives, reminds them of beautiful moments from the past, and brings a little joy and happiness into their lives.

I truly feel that what I'm doing transcends the mere creation of music for enjoyment. I have the sense that I'm contributing something to people I don't even know. And this fills me with joy.

As a reward for my work, which is considerable and very challenging at my age, I have all your affection and love. You have truly changed my life. You have given me a new reason to wake up every day with enthusiasm, hope, and joy for living. I have a million feelings inside and I don't know how to express them. I only know that thanks to you, my life, at my age, has new meaning. And every morning when I open my eyes, I thank God and wake up with a new purpose in my life.

I wanted to share my deepest gratitude with all of you. You are my family. I love you.

Dear new Family,

I want to thank you from the deepest place in my soul, for the warmth, the support, and the love I have received this week.

I started this little project not so long ago, with the help of my dear daughter. And for someone of my age, handling all this technology has not been easy. But with her help, little by little, I am finding my way.

At first I thought it would be a small task, perhaps a couple of hours a day. But the truth is, from the moment I wake up until I go to bed, I am sitting in my desk, working to create beautiful things for you to enjoy.

The reward I receive is immense. Not in money, in something much greater.
I have read so many of your comments, and they have made me cry. They have truly moved my soul. I am discovering something I never expected, and I thank God for giving me the chance to live this.

I hope to bring you a little company through your days. And if I may ask for one wish, let it be to make your day just a little brighter. To bring a little beauty, a little joy, and tender memories into your lives.

Dear subscribers, I´m very sad today...

Just a little while ago, my daughter came to me with something that broke my heart a little. As you may know, she is the one who helps me navigate all of this technology. THANKS MY LOVE❤❤❤

I want to address something that has come to my attention. Although Veravea is a small channel and I have only been doing this for a short while, it seems that larger, more established channels have seen fit to copy one of my videos entirely: similar clips, structure, and even the text within. It is rather disheartening to see one's work taken without so much as a word.

I must confess, it has almost brought me to tears.

I put a great deal of love and care into everything I create here, and I do so with the help of my daughter (she warned me). It is therefore quite upsetting to see other channels copy my work and take advantage of what we have built together. There are so many wonderful topics to explore, there is truly no need to take from others. Of course I get inspired by others, but that is not exact replication like this. I would like to hear your comments.

You can easily spot the video in question, published today: the clips appear in the same order, the thumbnail is very similar, and the title is nearly identical.


I simply wanted you to be aware. And thank you for all the love and support I have been receiving these days, it truly helps me to keep creating these nostalgic songs for all of you
