Over the past couple of weeks in the Bluelight In-Force Advancement Group's weekly workshops (link to join below), we've been discussing how to answer the Promotion Board Interview Question:

Can you tell me how you will promote Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in your team?

In most practice answers clients have delivered a 'Wishlist' as opposed to the 'How' and what is missing in particular are the issues that seem to be the Elephant in the Room around Nationalist, Loyalist, and Religious persuasion.

So to get an expert perspective on these issues, I hosted a webinar with Andy George, the President of the U.K. Black Police Officer's Association (he is also a PSNI Inspector)

We covered a lot in the space of 40 mins - worth watching if you are a potential recruit or seasoned police officer.
