After Kai Da'Costa (@GuidedByKai) lost the use of his arm and faced multiple bouts of paralysis that put him in wheelchair, he’s proven that life doesn’t stop, it just requires a new strategy.
On Jan 12th, 2026, kai launched this channel, commencing with his 30 by 30 Challenge to undertake 30 life changing challenges before he turns 30.
This journey of inclusive personal development also provides an opportunity to document a diverse range of people who also refuse to quit.
