When a twin flame connection activates you, the experience can feel incredibly powerful.

Twin Soul Alchemy

🌸 New Energy Is Coming

The past few days have felt heavy — like the energy is moving through thick water. Conversations may feel harder than usual. Words don’t always come easily, and things that felt clear a week ago might suddenly feel uncertain again. I’ve been feeling it too, especially the difficulty to speak. 😅

Part of this comes from the Virgo lunar eclipse we just moved through. On the Virgo–Pisces axis this can surface a tension between openness and boundaries. The invitation right now is to allow both: love fully and hold your boundaries.

At the same time a strong Pisces field increases emotional sensitivity, while Mercury retrograde until March 20 can slow communication and clarity. So if things feel muddy, emotional, or unresolved right now, know that this is normal.

But new energy is already on its way.

Around March 7 an important turning point occurs: Mercury meets the Sun — what astrologers call a cazimi. These alignments often bring a sudden pocket of clarity after days of mental fog.

Jupiter has been retrograde since November 11, meaning that for almost four months the planet associated with growth and expansion has been moving inward rather than outward. During a Jupiter retrograde we often re-evaluate beliefs, direction, and the deeper meaning of certain connections.

In deep soul connections — like the twin flame dynamic — this inward phase can sometimes show up as distance, pauses, or periods of integration. In my own process this retrograde also coincided with periods of distance and separation. That is often how this inward phase expresses itself.

But as Jupiter prepares to turn direct around March 10–11, the energy slowly begins to move forward again.

The fog begins to lift.
The inner work begins to crystallize.
And movement returns.

That timing is exactly why I chose this moment to open something new.

On March 21, just after the equinox, I will open the Sacred Union journey — a three-month process through 11 integration keys where we work on stabilizing inner polarity, emotional maturity, and the ability to hold love and boundaries in the same system.

Something has been restructuring for weeks. You may have felt it too.

Today’s New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius is not soft reset energy. It’s structural sovereignty energy. And with the year of the Fire Horse beginning, acceleration is added to that shift.

Eclipses build before they peak. They reorganize identity inside systems. What is no longer aligned falls away. The Fire Horse refuses stagnation. It wants movement.

I’ve been feeling this long before this week.
Not as emotional drama.
But as a quiet inner shift.

My inner masculine was restructuring.
Less emotional processing.
More clarity.
More autonomy.
Less tolerance for misalignment.

And my inner feminine had two choices:
panic at the space — or regulate inside it.
Closing the inner loop. Letting my energy circulate instead of reaching outward.

I chose regulation.
Long walks in nature. Warmth. Silence.
Letting my nervous system settle.
Holding my truth and desires in my body instead of projecting them outward.

And when the inner loop closes, direction becomes obvious.
Not forced.
Not strategized.
But emerging from alignment.

So something reorganized.
In my vocation. In my calling.
Not because something was wrong.
But because something matured.

It became even clearer that my soul’s calling is to offer clarity during awakening.

To guide people through the chaos that follows deep activation through a Twin Flame or divine counterpart.
To help them navigate spiritual awakening and transforming connections.
To support them in reconnecting with their authentic self.
To walk with them, step by step, into their own truth.

If something feels different right now — less emotional, less reactive — it may not be about losing love or connection.

You may simply be outgrowing what no longer aligns.

Yesterday, a dear friend asked me, “Are you going to celebrate yourself?”

She bought herself a big bouquet of flowers. Just because.

I loved that!

Flowers carry such a soft, feminine frequency. They remind us that beauty doesn’t need a reason.

I especially love peonies. Their fullness. Their abundance & fleeting bloom.
Valentine’s Day can be one of the most triggering days on the twin flame journey.
Often, it’s because these special days activate expectations about a certain outcome, a gesture, a confirmation, a sign that you are chosen. And when that doesn’t happen, the mind quickly translates it into lack. Into a story about rejection. About not being a priority. About not being enough.

This is always an invitation back to yourself.


To reconnect with your own heart.
To remember that you are whole and complete from within.
On days that feel charged, choose you.

Choose to give yourself the love you are longing for.

Because love is not proven on a calendar day.
Love is a frequency.
And it begins in your own heart.

There is a deeper layer of feminine leadership that is revealing itself right now — one that goes beyond intuition, feeling, or inspiration alone.

We often learn that feminine energy is about sensing and receiving, while masculine energy is about direction, structure, and action. But this picture is incomplete.

The feminine is not only the spark. She carries orientation. She knows where life wants to move. She knows the rhythm, quality, and inner world she chooses to live from. She doesn’t decide the how, but she chooses the frequency.

When this feminine orientation is clear and embodied, the masculine naturally knows how to act, build, and structure in service of it. When that orientation is lost, action often continues — but direction fades. Over time, this creates disconnection: internally, in life, and in relationships.

This is not about dominance or submission. Your (inner) masculine is not abandoning you or diminishing you. He is inviting you to step into inner authority — and to align with the frequency of feminine leadership. Feminine leadership begins by choosing the inner world you want to live from. Not as a goal to reach, but as a reality to inhabit.

When this frequency is embodied, it becomes a kind of north star — a clear orientation the masculine can build towards. It brings clarity, stability, and a sense of inner safety. When this frequency is lost, the ego often steps in to compensate.

The Twin Flames journey often feels like a paradox—at once a profound blessing and, at times, a heavy burden. Many who are on this path find themselves questioning the intensity of their experiences, wondering if they’re somehow at fault for the challenges they face. The spiritual awakening that accompanies a Twin Flames connection can be overwhelming and isolating, leaving you to question if you’re on the right path. But these struggles aren’t about achieving a perfect state of being. They are persistent invitations to grow, expand, and embrace the most authentic parts of yourself.

In the early stages of this journey, there’s often a feeling of being “broken open” as heightened emotions and sensitivities flood in. It’s a time of new perspectives and profound realizations, where everything seems to take on a deeper meaning. But as we go further, that initial excitement can fade, and we’re left with triggers—sometimes intensely painful ones—that force us to face parts of ourselves we might have been avoiding. These challenges are often mirrored back to us through our Twin Flame, bringing unresolved wounds and limiting beliefs to the surface, often at the most unexpected times. This can completely overwhelm us to the point that we start to question everything and wonder whether this is ever going to feel better and we'll get it right.

The path isn’t about becoming perfect or getting everything “right.” Instead, it’s a journey of unfolding, where each experience, each trigger, is an invitation to release old stories and patterns that no longer serve us. It’s easy to feel frustrated when we realize that understanding something intellectually doesn’t always translate to living it fully. There’s a big difference between knowing something and embodying it. This journey gently reminds us to be patient with ourselves and to allow for that gap as we slowly bridge it with compassion and self-acceptance.

The Twin Flames journey isn’t a burden we’re meant to carry alone or a test we’re supposed to pass. Instead, it’s a profound gift, a spiritual path that leads us closer to self-love, inner peace, and empowerment. It encourages us to release the need for external validation and instead find fulfillment from within. By doing so, we open ourselves to a state of love that doesn’t depend on anything outside of ourselves—a love that is a natural expression of our authentic self.

From now until early January 2025, we’re moving through the energy of a Mars-Pluto opposition, peaking on November 3, that is touching deep places within us and calling forth transformation in our sacral and solar plexus chakras. This powerful alignment guides us to revisit how we hold and express self-worth, personal power, and deep, unconditional love.

Mars, connected with the solar plexus, awakens the energy of assertion and self-belief. It's a fire that says, “I am worthy; I can stand in my truth.” Yet, when faced with Pluto's energy in the sacral chakra, which brings up deeply buried emotions around intimacy, shame, and the need for validation, we’re asked to look inward at the roots of these emotions. This opposition brings up the places where we’ve tied our sense of self-worth to external validation, especially in relationships, mirroring our need for acceptance and love outside of ourselves.

The experience of feeling ashamed or vulnerable in “one-sided” love is a potent example. When we love someone like our divine counterpart deeply but feel that love isn’t returned, it’s easy to question our own worth. This opposition encourages us to go inward, to the places that feel “not enough” without external affirmation. As we do, Mars empowers us to release the shame associated with unconditional love—and to reframe that love as an act of courage and strength rather than weakness.

Your love, especially when it’s not mirrored externally, can become a pathway to reconnecting with your inner power. When we allow ourselves to love without expecting anything in return, we honor our capacity to love freely, reclaiming our self-worth from within rather than waiting for external approval. This transit is here to help you embody your self-worth fully and trust that the world around you will mirror this shift in profound ways, often with unexpected support or affirmation.

To clear the sacral chakra is to purify our energetic vessel, making space for alchemical transformation and the creation of our heart’s desires. When we release old emotional patterns and fears rooted in this chakra, we allow energy to flow freely, opening us to attract what we genuinely long for. It is through the sacral chakra that we become magnetic to experiences and relationships aligned with our soul’s highest purpose, inviting both self-love and divine connection to flourish within and around us.

As we nurture this inner work, we’re reminded that shifts within are inevitably reflected in our outer world. Don’t be surprised if spontaneous changes arise, such as unexpected confessions, moments of connection, or even reunions with your divine counterpart. As you deepen this journey and align with your own power, the energy you cultivate will begin to resonate outward, attracting what you’re truly ready to receive.
