Hon’ble District & Sessions Judge, Ganjam Sri Asanta Kumar Das after considering all the evidences convicted the accused person Dambaru Sethy for commission of offence U/s 304 Part-2 of IPC and sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for 8 years and to pay fine of Rs.5000/- and I/d to undergo R.I for six months.

Goutam convicted the accused persons namely (1) Rupesh Padhy @ Lala @ Rajesh, (2) Shiva Mahakud, (3) Ranjit Sahu @ Naka, (4) Srinu Patra and (5) Sankar Sahu for commission of offence U/s 460/396/201 of IPC and sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for LIFE and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- each i/d to undergo R.I for four months for commission of offence U/s 396 of IPC, to undergo R.I for TEN years and to pay fine of Rs.5000/- each and i/d to undergo R.I for four months for commission of offence U/s 460 of IPC and undergo R.I for FIVE years and to pay fine of Rs.3000/- each i/d to undergo further R.I for two months for commission of offence U/s 201 of IPC.
