It's super wet here in Rotorua so we have chosen to postpone today's sessions. Rainy days are perfect for going for a walk and checking the water management/drainage to make sure as little water as possible is pooling or running down the trail. The key is to help the water run off the trail as early as possible.

Braking is key. I reckon a mountain bikers accellerator is their ability to brake effectively. Check out this little number to hear what the experts say (@mtbphd ) about heaps of things brakes. If you take anything away, it should be that braking is really important!
