First I got 8 reports from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. I requested any reports that mention any of the victims, roommates and Jack D. I was sent 8 reports. The names of them are redacted because they were minors at the time and legally they cannot release the names of minors, but initials remain. The reports are linked below:
Also, I have FOIA’d so much stuff recently! One report mentioned a document called “IM-Payne-by-conversion.pdf” the name interested me and I requested it. They are wanting $30 for it. I have no idea what the file contains but if you guys are wanting me to get it, I will. I got some new photos from MPD today! I requested the photos from MPD #12 taken of the dumpsters, possible blood outside of the Whites and any other photos attached to the report. Alrighty! We got a few more responses on some FOIA requests.
First, Jack Showalter’s arrest for “disturbing the peace” bodycam!! Boise police are estimating $170
I was also sent a 18 page police report regarding Showalter’s arrest. In the bodycam we will see him get into a fight with another person and then tackled by police.
Second, Justin Nadeau interview. He is the neighbor that claimed to see the front door open of 1122 King Rd awhile before police arrived.
Amber from MPD told me that Peter and Kennedys interviews should be done very soon
