🔹 A 5,850 sq. ft. co-working space at Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla
🔹 Monthly rent: ₹3 lakh
🔹 Lease term: 1 year (3-month lock-in)
🔹 Earlier: Tesla leased a luxury showroom space in BKC at ₹35 lakh/month

This signals more than just real estate—it's a clear indication that Tesla is charging up for its India entry with serious intent. From establishing offices in Bengaluru and Pune to now Mumbai, the roadmap is becoming visible.
