I'm giving away a brand new Nuface. *I received it for free in PR last month but instead of using it, I thought one of you may enjoy it. It has not been opened. I used a NuFace almost 8 years ago & LOVED the results (I mean just being honest, results were minimal BUT I absolutely noticed the visible lifting) But it broke after maybe 2 months and since it was still under warranty, they were kind enough to replace it. BUT they took almost 2 months to send me the replacement and by then, my lifting results had already faded. It's like exercise, if we don't stick with it, results disappear. SO I never continued using it & haven't used any face devices since then. 

But I recently received one in PR (right before I left the country) and since I know I'm lazy when it comes to using a device daily, I thought perhaps one of you could get better use out of it. MORE IMPORTANT INFO:
Drs often say these bumps are harmless and "no known cause" however I have heard via functional med Drs that they "can" be caused from a gluten intolerance, or low Omegas in body. I have struggled with a mild amount of these annoying bumps off and on over the years BUT if you are like me, and wasn't even eating gluten and eat plenty of healthy omegas and supplement & STILL HAVE THEM.....GO TO YOUR DR and have fasting labs done. I never knew this UNTIL IT HAPPENED TO ME, but Insulin Resistance & Pre Diabetes can also cause KERATOSIS PILARIS. I had asked my Dr about it on and off for years and she always blew me off saying it's just a build up of keratin around the hair follicle and no big deal. Well IMO our bodies are trying to tell us what could potentially be wrong and come to find out, KP Bumps "can" be a sign of pre-diabetes and our bodies are WARNING US!!!!! So about a year ago, when I suddenly starting getting weird little skin tags on my arm pits and then more KP on the backs of my arms, I once again asked the Dr and she blew me off and said from my age & probably menopause & friction and to just use Amlactin. I did that....no change and the bumps started getting worse, which was VERY UNUSUAL for me since like I said, I've had them mildly off and on over the years but these were different. Fast forward to going to a new Dr last year and having fasting labs done, I found out my average glucose over the past few months was PREDIABETIC (HA1C was 5.9) But now that I went on a strict low carb diet since July 2025, not only have I lost 24 pounds without exercising (not encouraging you to NOT exercise but my spine & neck are whack after my bobo neck surgery I had in the military, so I'm doing physical therapy trying to fix it but exercise is quite difficult since I have so much spinal/neck pain every day). Anywho, I REVERSED my pre diabetes (A1C now 5.4 but I still plan to get it lower) & my weird little arm pit skin tags just naturally fell off on their own! I still have a smidge of KP on the backs of my arms but it has improved significantly. So please don't just blow them off as "normal". Insulin resistance and prediabetes could be secretly lurking and I have NO IDEA why so many Drs aren't looking at root cause for certain skin issues. Now can they just be normal and no hidden diseases, OF COURSE. But it's always safest to LISTEN TO YOUR BODY & instead of just taking medicine or masking symptoms, why not figure out a root cause if possible. Using topical products like these from Remedy (which BTW is my favorite Dr skincare brand overall, over all the others) has also helped keep the skin smooth. But don't only rely on topical products. If you notice strange little changes in your body, it "could" just be your body WARNING you of something more serious but don't panic, because it also "could" just be normal and can go away on its own with some gentle skincare products like these.
