My co-author on Resilient, co-host on Being Well, and son Forrest just started his own YouTube channel. In his first video he addresses a critical, and age-old, question: How much influence do we REALLY have over how happy we are?
After a year where so much happened *to* us - much of it challenging - it feels both natural to wonder how much of our happiness comes from things that are outside of our control, and particularly important to identify all the places where we truly can make a difference in our lives.
I hope you'll watch the video, and subscribe to his new channel. He'd cringe a bit at this, but I'm very proud of him!
