I thought Ethan had a SOLID copyright infringement case.
However, as a creator who does commentary and reaction content this is another great case for the strength of the FAIR USE defense!

On our next Live Stream 🔴 we will be doing a deep dive into the @RecklessBen / Bricks and Minifigs situation which involves a $200,000💰💲 Star Wars Lego Collection consignment.
Soo many twists and turns in this story and now Ben is allegedly "hiding" in Mexico🇲🇽 because he may or may not have a warrant for his arrest 👀 over all this!?!

I am THRILLED that the lawsuits are starting to pile up against BAM (Brick and Minifigs)!
Already 10 defaults on the specific franchise location entered, but the location was just closed to not pay the judgements.
I think this may be another instance of the Internet coming together in agreement to help families who were wronged by a powerful corporation (allegedly).
