A while ago, I was playing soccer with some family and friends. Halfway through, I felt a tiny blister starting on the bottom of my foot.
No big deal right? I told myself I’d push through
But here’s what happened 👇
To avoid the blister I changed the way I was running, that tiny adjustment put extra stress on my knee… which led to IT band pain that stuck for months.
All from a blister.
The truth is most injuries don’t start with something major. They start with us ignoring the “not a big deal” pains.
🎾Shoulder pain when serving
🏃♀️Stiff ankles on a run
🛌Low back pain in the morning
Those little things cause us to move differently, and over time, they add up.

It can be hard to find time to exercise.
We are told we should exercise 150-300 minutes a week but between work, errands, social life, and more, the thought of exercise can be overwhelming.
Taking a little time out to go on a walk during your lunch break, doing simple push-ups or squats at home between commercials, or even trying to go on a short run is well worth it. Every effort counts!

Every Adult should be getting 150-300 minutes of Moderate-Intensity exercise each week!
Set a goal to exercise 5 days for 30-60 minutes next week!
