Eating The African Way
Capturing foods around the world : How they are harvested, planted, cooked and saved.
Basically looking at local foods from different tribes and their backgrounds
Due to the changing global trends, African foods are slowly getting forgotten and the culture
during preparation being deemed backward. I aim to highlight the uniqueness of these foods
through reminding the world about our foods.
Here we share;
Recipes
Cooking videos
Foodvlogs
Street food tour
Tribal foods
Cultural foods
Food reviews
Different ways of cooking
We bring back to life lost foods
We travel for food
Traditional way of cooking different foods
Foods from all different tribes from the world
We meet different chefs and they share their experiences through cooking and teaching the videos how to cook
My dream is to travel the world as am sharing different foods with you

Eating The African Way
Sadly. When I started a journey to Moroto, in North Eastern Uganda, excited to create something special for you all.
Everything was going well. until around 12:20 AM.
I closed my eyes for just a short nap on the bus.
And in that moment. everything changed.
Someone stole my camera equipment bag.
My entire setup. Gone.
Just like that.
At 3:20 AM, I had to make one of the hardest decisions. I ended the journey. There was no point continuing to Moroto without my gear. Without the tools that tell these stories.
From 3:20 AM to 6:54 AM… I just sat there.
Quiet.
Trying to be strong.
But honestly. I couldn’t hold it in. The tears just kept coming.
Not just because I lost equipment. but because I felt like I lost a part of my journey. Something I’ve been building with so much passion.
But somewhere in that pain. I found a little courage.
Enough to stand up.
Enough to start the journey back home.
Right now. I don’t have all the answers.
I don’t know exactly what comes next.
But I know this. It is not the end.
I am not sure when I'll be able to make more content.. But I keep believing.
