My first "official" long form video is officially LIVE! I am excited to share more behind the scenes as well as my unfiltered thoughts when it comes to medications and skincare products. I definitely want to use the long form videos as an opportunity to answer your questions throughout the week as well. I hope you enjoy this additional content as I start dabbling in long form more.

Also, I want to thank everyone who reached out in regards to editing my videos. I really appreciate you taking the time to reach out to me and it was very overwhelming to choose someone so thank you for offering your support.

Thought I would reach out here first because if I can help out someone in this community that would be awesome!

I really want to do long form content for you all. Whether that's vlogging or educational videos on medicine/skincare. However, I know editing can be make or break when it comes to videos (and can help make the content more enjoyable to watch because I know I'm not the most interesting person haha).

Hoping to find someone or if you know someone who would love to work with me and has experience with color grading, video editing, and is creative when it comes to knowing where/when to place B-roll (I don't want to micromanage someone and would love to work with someone who takes my content and puts a creative twist on it with their editing).

It’s been brought to my attention someone with a similar name/YouTube handle as me has been telling people they have won the giveaway. Please DO NOT give them any of your information. Hey everyone!

Today marks me posting my first “legit” YouTube video. It took me awhile to learn how to use a camera (let’s just say I kept looking more pale than I usually am and had to watch several YouTube videos to fix it). Also, I had to find an editor to make it look pretty too.

Please give me your honest opinion if you like the look, because I have been wanting to do more deep dives into medication and skincare products but nervous because I’ve never done long form before. Also just to see if it’s worth paying for an editor now for these long form videos because it was not cheap 🤣 But I truly value your opinion when it comes to my content and try to read every comment on my videos and shorts.

Hope you all are doing well and if you are being impacted by the storms I hope you are staying warm and safe. I wanted to share a picture from last night’s Sun Wine and Food Fest at Mohegan Sun! We got to meet the Robert Irivine!! If you need a good Food Network show to binge, Restaurant: Impossible, is a classic! Unfortunately I was too in the moment to film a video but this is our second year going and it’s definitely worth the ticket price if you are a huge fan of Food Network. (A lot of chefs from “Chopped” as well like Maneet Chauhan which was the only meal I remembered to take a photo of which was a Masala spiced Shrimp Cocktail with Vindaloo cocktail sauce).

Happy World Pharmacists Day!! I am so proud to be a pharmacist and have enjoyed being able to connect with so many of you, including pharmacists from all over the world! I love this profession and I hope my videos have shown you how a pharmacist can help you out with your own health!

Also, I have been so busy that I just realized we hit over 200K subscribers!! I am so thankful for each and every one of you. I never thought people would care what a pharmacist from the smallest state, Rhode Island, has to say. I became a pharmacist because I wanted to be able to help people, and social media has allowed me to help and educate people on a much broader scale. Honestly, creating educational content has become something I look forward to each and every day! Thank you for those who have been subscribed for years now and for those who have recently subscribed, "Welcome!". I really appreciate every view, like, comment (good or bad), because it has allowed me to create content that provides the most benefit to you all.

Hey everyone!

With the news of Duloxetine being recalled for a potential cancer causing agent, I wanted to post exactly what the FDA posted. If you are taking the 20mg capsules be sure to talk to your doctor and pharmacist right away. Most likely they’ll switch the medication you are taking. No news on the other strengths but be sure to keep checking the news.

Did you guys see this article (linked below)? A generic GLP-1 is going to be hitting the market soon. If you aren’t familiar with Victoza it’s Ozempic and Trulicity’s forgotten cousin that is a DAILY injectable for diabetes but is also sold under the brand name Saxenda for weight loss (only Victoza though for now seems to be going generic). What are your thoughts?
