Welcome to Outdoors With Geoff! I'm all about great barbecue and great flavor. From low and slow to smoking, to grilling and searing, I cover it all in search of the best tasting items off the grill.
I utilize Char-Griller Grills for all of my cooks, but you can follow along on any cooker at home. Currently in the lineup, I have the Char-Griller Gravity Fed 980 and the Char-Griller Akorn for some Kamado style over the coal cooking. Take a load off, relax, check out a cook and get a recipe or two while you're at it!

Barbeque Crew! A couple of announcements. I’m currently having a great time and getting some great footage at Memphis in May. I’ll have that to share with you soon.
