🚨‼️Patient came to dental opd c/o discolored upper right front tooth
On examination there was discoloured old composite restoration and secondary caries wrt 11 and initial caries wrt 21
Treatment plan
Removel of old restoration ✅
Beveling was done ✅
Isolation done by rubber damn✅
Glass inomer cement lining was given ✅
Composite restoration ✅
Polishing done ✅
