So, I met a beautiful soul @QuietBroadAbroad a few weeks ago who then introduced me to another beautiful soul Atara, and she’s been giving me insight to the greatness of Pogradec, and today was one of those days where it hit me…
After walking for five hours, eating dinner on a lake while being harassed by ducks, a cat, and a gigantic swan…
I’ve begun to feel like this was the greatest gift I could have ever given myself, and I don’t regret a thing.
Not one thing!
My heart is full of gratitude. Thank you thank you thank you. At this moment, I am full. My plate is full. 💗

I’m now in a city in Albania called Pogradéc and it’s so quiet, peaceful with nothing going on. I’m literally seeing the same people walk the streets every single day — that’s how small it is 😂
It’s about an hour or so away from the border of Greece! I had no clue! This is the ONE country that’s been on my bucket list since I was a little girl…and I’m so friggin close y’all. 🤯
If this ain’t alignment, I don’t know what it is!!! I’m feeling all the feels…
For my astrology peeps, Greece is LIT UP on my Astrocartography chart so there’s a reason why I’m drawn there — I’ll be there soon 😝 and yes, y’all are coming with me 💗

I had a scheduled appointment with a client yesterday and I woke up, could not get out of bed or find the energy to simply move, and in my mind, I automatically felt as if I needed to push through. I went on autopilot.
Survival instincts kicked in.
You gotta do. Fake it. Get it done.
But my body said, “Lay your 🍑 back down.”
And I decided to put myself first…
I rescheduled the appointment (they may end up canceling but that’s okay) and I spent the entire day sleeping.
I have no regrets. I heard my body, I honored my body, and that felt damn good.
Saying “I don’t want to” or “no” is enough.
