I truly can’t express enough gratitude for your incredible support. I hadn’t fully realized the pressure I’ve been under throughout this journey, but having such an amazing team around me has reignited my passion to keep pushing forward with this advocacy. Many of you have mentioned that you wish you could do more, but please know that what you’re already doing is huge. Your support is exactly what all advocates need in this mission. It truly takes a team to make a difference, and I’m so grateful to have you as a vital part of ours. Thank you for showing me and the rest of the protesters that we are not alone in this fight.

The protesters have successfully won 3 out of 3 cases against Scientology. With mine, that makes it 4 victories against the corruption Scientology continues to engage with the LAPD here in Los Angeles and police departments across the U.S.

Listening live to the judge’s decision on Danny’s and the DA’s cases was incredible—she systematically broke down how their legal team and witnesses, who we know are all plants, couldn’t keep their testimonies consistent from one day to the next. It was truly brilliant!

I tried twice to face this alone, but after my last attempt, I knew I needed legal assistance. Andrew, with his years of expertise, has not only been the perfect attorney for me but also a perfect new team member for our mission. As I always say, it takes a team, and together, we’ve built one of the best.

The kids born into Scientology—those who have managed to escape and those still trapped—never had and do not have the ability to consent to the abuse they’re enduring. All of us, both in public and behind the scenes, are making such an impact. I’ve seen so much progress in our mission, and it wouldn’t be the same without your support. Together, we are making a difference, protecting kids who can’t protect themselves, and bringing justice to those who have suffered at the hands of Scientology.

LEGAL WIN: Charges Dropped & Hope Restored ❤️

Hello everyone!

As I shared on our live yesterday, I have good news: after consulting with my new defense attorney, the city attorney office has decided not to file any charges against me following my unjust arrest on June 1st.

While this outcome is a huge relief, I want to reflect on the journey that brought us here and the work still ahead.

Navigating this legal nightmare has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life, especially while recovering from two hip surgeries + dealing with the pain that caused by being physically and inappropriately pushed around during the unjust arrest.

The emotional toll has also been significant.

Like many other advocates who have faced similar circumstances, I’ve faced crippling PTSD from this incident and subsequent false charges, leading to days when anxiety felt unbearable.

Today, I’m deeply grateful to all of you and especially to my new attorney- Andrew Flier.

Andrew is a former district attorney, who has become a powerful advocate against the corrupt patterns of the law that have been weaponized against us.

His support has been instrumental in fighting back against the corrupt tactics used to silence us.

With his experience as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney, we now have a knowledgeable ally ready to defend our rights as we continue to speak out against the abuses occurring to kids in Scientology.

I will need to keep Andrew on retainer for the full year, as they still have the option to bring charges against me until June 1st.

This victory is not just personal; it’s a collective win for all of us who stand firm in our beliefs and our right to protest peacefully despite the unfair legal challenges we face.

It’s also a reminder that we are not alone in this fight; we have all of you behind us.

However, our battle for justice is ongoing, and we must stay committed to standing up against corrupt bullies.
