Hi my name is Jay! I am the lead singer of CITY OF SOUND an independent cinematic rock band based out of Indiana. We have been touring and growing our base organically for 8 years and are on our way to FINALLY breaking through without signing to a major. I spent several years writing and producing for many artists and used that to fund the band and keep us afloat. This channel is a place to discuss music, the music industry, my band, and some gaming! TOMORROW a reaction vid that’s a bit different but was requested by a Patreon member to get my perspective. I hope you find it interesting. It’s a reaction to a Rick Beato vid claiming only rich kids can make it in music and I approach it from an independent , self-funded, self-built lead singer of a band who didn’t come from any money.
