Let's learn to see life deeply through psychology, stories, science, and real-world insights. Understanding before action. Meaning before success. . . For Collabs: seriouslydeepvicky@gmail.com
The most dangerous lies are the ones that sound like facts. You didn't choose these beliefs. You were just taught them early enough that they felt like yours. Share this. Someone you know still believes one of these. #seriouslydeep#psychology#mindset#brainfacts#selfawareness
This is one of the most important videos I've ever worked on. I've struggled with overthinking for years, and creating this video helped me find many of the answers I was looking for. I hope it does the same for you.
You're not overthinking because you're broken. You're overthinking because something underneath feels unsafe. The loop isn't trying to solve the problem. It's trying to avoid the feeling. That's why more thinking never works, fear never runs out of questions. Real clarity doesn't come from one more replay. It comes the moment you feel safe enough to put the thought down.
You can sleep eight hours and still wake up foggy. Because your brain has a night shift .... it clears out the day's waste while you sleep. But it only does the deep cleaning when your body is calm. Scrolling, late arguments, late caffeine keep you switched on, so you get the hours without the rinse. The fix isn't more sleep. It's a quieter hour before it.

A paradox I've been thinking about...
"What's more important in life?"
Which one would you choose....and WHY?
I’m more interested in how you reason than the answer itself. 👇
I’ve shared my reasoning in the pinned comment. But before you read it, take a moment to really think it through and share your perspective.

The real question isn't who spoke up.
It's why so many people we look to for influence, and leadership chose to stay silent when their voice mattered most.
