Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, California, Italy. How the market works, where the value is, and what serious collectors look for.

Every week I sit down with someone in the wine world for a real conversation. Importers, sommeliers, auctioneers, writers, winemakers.

I'm also working on a series about wine and history — how wine survived wars, shaped trade, and connects us
to people who lived hundreds of years before us.

I store wine at Berry Bros & Rudd in London and Uovo in the USA, I run Preface Wine in Delray Beach, Florida, and I've been collecting seriously for years.
