Feeling incredibly grateful to share that I submitted my MD dissertation yesterday—coincidentally, on Doctor’s Day. ❤️

Looking back, it’s hard to believe how far this journey has come. From spending weeks searching for the right research topic, to finally choosing Down syndrome, and now successfully completing my dissertation—it has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my academic life.

This research was much more than a dissertation. It gave me the opportunity to work closely with children with Down syndrome at NIEPID and through various health camps. Watching these children grow, learn, and make meaningful progress was a deeply humbling experience.

As a homoeopathic physician, I witnessed something that strengthened my belief in individualized medicine. What many call “miracles,” I experienced as the result of careful observation, patience, and the science of homoeopathy, unfolding one case at a time.

This journey would never have been possible without the guidance and encouragement of my mentors.

My heartfelt gratitude to my guide Dr. Ritu Gontiya Ma’am, my HOD Dr. Puneet Garg Sir, and my PG In-charge Dr. Ashwini Nair Ma’am, for constantly pushing me to think deeper, work harder, and become a better clinician and researcher.

A sincere thank you to our respected Principal Dr. C. P. Sharma Sir and Bakson Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital for providing invaluable opportunities like working at the esteemed National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID).

I’m equally grateful to my colleagues, who were always there to discuss difficult cases and offer support, and to my family and friends, whose encouragement kept me going through every phase of this journey.

Above all, I thank God Almighty for being my constant source of strength, guidance, and light.

This may be the end of my dissertation, but it is only the beginning of many more questions to explore, patients to learn from, and contributions to make.

Here’s to lifelong learning, meaningful research, and serving patients with compassion. 🌿

Endometrial polyps can affect many women through symptoms like irregular bleeding, heavy periods, pelvic discomfort, and hormonal disturbances — often impacting daily life more than people realize.

Happy to share that our case report:

“Usefulness of Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine in the Management of Endometrial Polyp: A Case Report”

has been published in the KNOW Homoeopathy Journal (Indexed & Peer-Reviewed).

The report focuses on individualized homoeopathic treatment and the importance of understanding the patient beyond just the diagnosis or local pathology.

Research and case documentation are important for growing evidence-based homoeopathic literature and encouraging deeper clinical understanding.

Small step forward in learning, research, and contribution to homoeopathy ✨

PMOS.
A name that reflects a bigger picture.

What was once called PCOS is now being referred to as PMOS — because the condition is not just about ovarian cysts.

It affects the whole body:
• hormones
• metabolism
• insulin resistance
• inflammation
• stress patterns
• energy and mood

Many women struggling with PMOS experience:
– irregular periods
– acne & hair fall
– weight fluctuations
– fatigue
– mood changes

And often feel misunderstood because the symptoms seem “unrelated”.

But they’re connected.

That’s why management also needs a broader, more holistic approach — not just symptom suppression.

Lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, stress regulation, hormonal balance, and individualized care all matter.

Homoeopathy can help by understanding the whole pattern, not just one symptom in isolation.

Because every woman’s experience is different.

Today marks 4 years of Shanti Ojas 🌿
and also World Homoeopathy Day.

Started by Samuel Hahnemann, homoeopathy has always stood for one simple idea —
treat the person, not just the disease.

Over the years, this clinic has been more than a workplace.
It has been a space of listening, observing, and understanding patients beyond reports and prescriptions.

Every case has taught me patience, individualisation, and the importance of looking deeper.

“Shanti” — my dadi’s name — is something I’ve grown up with, and now carry forward through this clinic in my own way.

Grateful for the journey, the learning, and the trust 🤍

Spent 2–3 hours taking a case and still can’t reach a remedy?

This is one of the most common struggles for BHMS students and fresh practitioners learning homoeopathy.

The problem is not lack of data — it’s lack of structure.

When everything is written but nothing is prioritised, the case feels confusing and prescribing becomes guesswork.

Case-taking is not about writing more. It’s about understanding better.

I use a simple structured case record sheet in my practice to move from scattered symptoms to clear thinking and better prescriptions.

You can start using the same approach.

Patient’s logic
Allopathy se theek nahi hua → doctor change.
Homoeopathy se theek nahi hua → system hi bekar.

Why do we judge systems differently?

Agree or disagree? Tell me honestly.
