it's been weeks since Hanako chan left. I need to keep on going since my journey has not done yet... I never thought of the lost would be such painful but at least I know that she's now zoominig and binky free in the other realm.

Hanako chan, a lovely bun to me, has crossed the rainbow last week. She means to me a lot especially being through those darkest hours in my life.

I still remember the day I met her for the fir time; June 30, 2024. Zooming around in the room and had good appetite. I also got bitten by her, yet it was completely ok to me since I’m glad she still had strength to bite me like that, thinking it’s just her way to communicate.

Last month, I went to celebrate her 8th birthday and told her that everything is gradually back on the right track; I also am grateful to see her still sound and good. She was quite calm that day, letting me pet her in the cage, and at the corner she usually chills out. Though I noticed that her move got slower and eats less than usual. I also told her that I will come back soon before I leave.

When I went to the store this afternoon, the stuff told me that Hanako chan has passed away…. I do understand that the day will come for an 8-year-old checkered-giant, but I didn’t expected it come this fast… I couldn’t even be with her at her last moment…

Thank you, Hanako chan. I will keep striving my way for the goal as I promised.
