Life With The Singhs

Hey Fam Fam … Sharing my plate of food with Yall! Nachos!

Now let’s jump into some encouragement as we enjoy that plate of food!🤣🤗

One thing I know is this: the enemy loves to keep us stuck in fear and worry. He wants us worrying about everything in life instead of trusting God.

But there isn’t anything you’re worried about that God can’t handle.

Maybe you’re worried about your pregnancy. Maybe you’re worried about conceiving. Maybe you’re worried about your finances, your children, your health, or your future.

Whatever it is,
instead of worrying about it, pray about it.
Instead of fearing it, pray about it.
Do what the Bible tells us to do: cast every care on God, because He cares for you.

The Bible says,

“Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7

It also says,

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6–7

So, what are you worried about today?

I want to encourage you to let it go and put it in God’s hands. Trust Him with it. He is faithful, and He cares for you.

Have a wonderful evening. God bless.

Life With The Singhs

Hey Fam Fam 🙏🏽💖

Next week, I’ll be 24 weeks pregnant! Let me get my little dancey dance on! 😂

Now, let’s jump into some encouragement because we’re here to grow your faith. 🙏🏾

Jesus said to Jairus, whose daughter had passed away, “Don’t be afraid, just believe.” (Mark 5:36)

I’m here to remind you that when the world says it’s dead, when the world says there is no good outcome, our God is a God of miracles. Our God is a God that nothing is too hard for Him to do.

So be reminded today:

🌸 His Word never returns void. It accomplishes every purpose and achieves what He sends it to do. (Isaiah 55:11)

🌸 All of God’s promises are yes and amen. (2 Corinthians 1:20)

🌸 God is a promise keeper. (Hebrews 10:23)

🌸 God is not a man, that He should lie. If He said it, He will do it. (Numbers 23:19)

So don’t be afraid.

Just believe. 🩷

The one thing I know about the Word of God is what Scripture says:

“The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever.” (Isaiah 40:8)

His Word is Finale !

Today, I challenge you in your faith to take it up a notch and just believe. Do you want to see the miracles of God? Do you want to see the promises of God? Then I’m here to remind you to just believe.

Oftentimes in the Bible, you see that Jesus could not do many miracles because of people’s unbelief, their unwillingness to believe that He was who He said He was.

When you read the story of Jairus’ daughter, you’ll notice something important. Jesus was very specific about who He chose to take with Him. He took Peter, James, and John, along with the little girl’s mother and father.

When Jesus arrived at Jairus’ house, He said, “The child is not dead but asleep.” The people laughed and mocked Him. Jesus did not allow them to stay in the house while He did the miracle. He put them all outside and kept only those who were there in faith, those who chose to believe.

Then Jesus took the little girl by the hand and said, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” Immediately, her spirit returned, she got up, and her life was restored. (Mark 5:21–43)

So today, whatever you’re believing God for, don’t fear. Stand on the Word of God. Surround yourself with warriors of faith, people who will stand with you, pray with you, and believe God with you, because God is faithful. 🩷

Today, I challenge you to grow your faith in Him, to trust Him as God, and to trust that no matter what you’re walking through, He is good and His will for your life is perfect.

God bless, and have an amazing Thursday! 🌸

Hey Fam Fam 🌸🌸 if you’re not over there on Facebook with us, come join us with over 7.1k men and women growing in faith together! I am teaching as God leads🙌🏽 My Facebook page info is in my Bio 🙌🏽

Pregnancy update 🌸🌸
One thing about baby girl… she’s definitely on her own schedule! 😂 She is a night owl just like her momma used to be. She’ll be up late at night kicking and flipping!

And the heartburn, y’all… it’s on another level! 😩 I keep saying this little girl is probably going to come into this world with a head full of hair. Y’all know that old saying, when you have heartburn during pregnancy, the baby is going to have a ton of hair! (Picture drop below of big sister’s hair.)

But y’all, as always, let’s jump into some encouragement.

Many of you know I often share my testimony and all that God has brought me through. I have shared about my oldest son, who is about to turn 30 years old. I have shared how I became a mom at just 17 years old. Yes, 17! I want to share with you that even though I didn’t live a godly life when I was a teenager, God never let go of me. I hope this encouragement today brings hope to the young and the older alike.

If you have ever felt like you’ve made too many mistakes, drifted too far from God, or believed you were beyond His grace and mercy, this encouragement is for you. I want you to know that you’re never too far for God to reach you. His mercy is greater than your past, and His grace is greater than your failures.

Maybe you made mistakes when you were young. Maybe you made mistakes yesterday. Maybe you’re struggling with something today. I want you to know that God is a forgiving God.

The Bible teaches that when we turn away from our sins and turn to God, He meets us with mercy. He doesn’t push us away. He welcomes us with open arms, restores us, forgives us, and gives us a new beginning. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

The key is repentance. It’s turning away from the things God calls sin and turning toward Him. None of us are perfect. We all fall short, but we should not be intentionally sinning. God’s desire is always to restore those who come to Him with a humble heart.

Sometimes people will count you out. They’ll tell you that your life is over or that you’ll never become anything because of the choices you’ve made. But thank God for His mercy, His grace, and His longsuffering. The Bible tells us that He is longsuffering, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)

The Bible reminds us that man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. (1 Samuel 16:7) God sees beyond your past. He doesn’t turn away from broken people. He draws near with love, mercy, and compassion. He gives us the strength to get back on the right path.

Jesus said that He did not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. (Luke 5:31–32)

Today, by the grace of God, I stand here as a wife, married to my husband, Mr. Singh, for 23 years, and a mother of six boys and soon to be three girls (pregnant with baby number nine). None of this is because I was perfect. It’s because God never counted me out, when I surrendered my life to Jesus and turn from my sins He restored me. He knew my future even when I couldn’t see it.

Every trial, every hardship, and every mistake drew me closer to Him and reminded me that I needed a Savior. His grace truly has been sufficient for me. (2 Corinthians 12:9)

The Bible says that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

If you’re feeling discouraged today, don’t let anyone convince you that your story is over. Your past does not disqualify you from God’s purpose. As long as there is breath in your lungs, God can redeem your story. His grace is greater than your mistakes, His mercy is new every morning, and His love never fails.

So today, don’t count yourself out of the race. Run with perseverance the race God has set before you, fixing your eyes on Jesus.

Philippians 3:13 (NKJV)
“Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead.”

God is still writing your story, and if you are willing to repent, trust Him, and follow Him, His grace is more than enough.

Life With The Singhs

🌸 47 and Pregnant 🌸 Tomorrow I officially turn 23 weeks pregnant.

Wow… what a beautiful journey this has been. I have truly loved every moment of this pregnancy. 💕

Baby girl’s kicks are getting so much stronger now that you can actually see her moving just by looking at my belly, and it is the sweetest thing. My 22 year old daughter absolutely loves sitting there watching my belly move and feeling those little kicks. We are all so excited to welcome this precious little girl into our family. 🩷

Today I want to encourage you a little bit, but I’m also going to get a little personal.

I want to talk about forgiveness, grace, and allowing God to heal the places in our hearts that have been hurt.

Over the years, God has taught me that I can no longer allow anything to rob me of the peace and joy He has given me. He has shown me what forgiveness really looks like. He has shown me what grace looks like. He has also shown me what healthy, God honoring boundaries look like.

Maybe for you that’s a friend.

Maybe it’s a coworker.

Maybe it’s a spouse.

Maybe it’s a sibling.

Maybe it’s even a parent.

Whoever it is, don’t allow bitterness to take root in your heart.

Put that person in God’s hands.

Pray for them.

Forgive them.

Trust God to do what only He can do.

The Bible is very clear that unforgiveness can hinder your prayers. That’s why forgiveness is so important.

If God can forgive us of all our sins, who are we not to forgive someone else when He Himself commanded us to forgive?
“But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” Matthew 6:15

Forgiveness isn’t always easy, but it is necessary.

Now let me be very clear about something.

Forgiveness does not mean you allow someone to continue hurting you.

Forgiveness does not mean you allow someone to continue abusing you.

Forgiveness does not mean you keep returning to situations that God has already delivered you from.

The Bible even talks about a dog returning to its own vomit. Pertaining to once God forgives you or your sin don’t return to that same sin!

So let’s take it further, don’t return to the same sin also AGAINST You! Stay out of their vomit!🤢

That’s a pretty strong picture, isn’t it? Nobody wants to go back and eat their own vomit. It’s disgusting. So why go sit in someone’s else’s.

In the same way, God doesn’t call us to keep returning to unhealthy situations that continue to rob us of our peace, our joy, and our walk with Him.

You can forgive.

You can pray.

You can honor people.

And you can still have healthy, God honoring boundaries.

Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is place that person in God’s hands and let God do what only He can do.

Don’t carry bitterness.

Don’t carry unforgiveness.

Carry peace.

Carry grace.

Carry the healing that only God can give.

That’s what God has been teaching me, and I wanted to encourage someone with that today. ❤️

I hope you all have an amazing Sunday.

“Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7

Life With The Singhs

Hey Fam Fam 🌸
Pregnant at 47 | Tomorrow I Turn 22 Weeks Pregnant! ❤️

Y’all, I always love sharing my pregnancy updates with you, and tomorrow I officially turn 22 weeks pregnant! God has truly been faithful, and I’m so thankful for this journey.

But today, I want y’all to hold on tight because this post is going to be a little different.

This morning, God laid something on my heart that I just have to share.

I watched a video where a lady was telling people not to post pictures of their spouse, their children, or their family because someone might take those pictures and practice witchcraft with them.

Now, let me be clear. I’m not saying there aren’t people in this world who practice evil or wish harm on others. There are. Spiritual warfare is real.

But I want to encourage you today: don’t live in fear and fear people who practice witchcraft!

The Bible tells us to put on the whole armor of God so we can stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). It doesn’t tell us to hide in fear.

If God delivered Daniel from the lions’ den…

If He delivered Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego from the fiery furnace…

If He delivered the children of Israel out of Egypt…

And if Satan himself had to ask God for permission before he could touch Job because there was a hedge of protection around him (Job 1:9–12)…

Then what makes you think God doesn’t still protect His children today?

Sometimes well meaning Christians unintentionally cause people to live in fear instead of faith. But God’s Word teaches us to stand in the authority He has given us.

When the enemy comes against your children, pray.
When he comes against your marriage, pray.
When he comes against your health, pray.

Speak the Word of God over your life.

The devil already knows who you are!!! Let me say that again… the devil already KNOWS who you are!!! The Bible says he is like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). Hiding your pictures doesn’t hide you from Satan. What matters is KNOWING who you are in Christ.

The Bible says:

“Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:4

And it also says:

“When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.” Isaiah 59:19

So don’t let fear rule your life. Walk by faith. Stand on God’s promises. Know who you are in Christ, and walk in the authority He has given you.

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7

And don’t forget, the Bible also says:

“For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.” Psalm 91:11

Have a blessed day! I love you all.

Life With The Singhs

Hey fam fam!🌸

I’m about to share a little encouragement with y’all today. This isn’t just for the ladies. It’s for the men too.

So stay with me all the way to the end because I truly believe this message is going to bless your day.

Prepare for God’s blessings.

I am 47 and pregnant. How did this journey start?

I know some of y’all are like, “Girl, how did you get your body ready for pregnancy at the age of 47?”

One thing I always wanted to say is, your girl over here was not actively trying to get pregnant at 47… or so I thought. But God had other plans.

I was about 30 pounds overweight. I was simply trying to get my health back together. I was dealing with high blood pressure. When I went to the doctor and they took my blood pressure, it was 165/101. The nurse looked at me and said, “You are going to damage your kidneys.”

That was the moment that started my health journey.

I lost 30 pounds, got my blood pressure under control, and then your girl right here got pregnant again by the grace of God because I trust God.

I knew my husband wanted to have another one, and the only words I said to God were, “I’m ready.”

And here we are, almost 22 weeks pregnant.

If you are wanting a miracle from God, I love something I once heard a lady say. She said, “If you’re praying for a husband, prepare yourself for your husband.”

Girl, you’ve got to get ready for the blessings God is about to give you.

And that goes for your body too. You’ve got to make sure your body is ready to carry that baby because our bodies are designed in a certain way and need to be at their best to carry a baby to full term.

I’ll give you another story.

When I was pregnant with one of my daughters, who’s now 19, we needed a bigger place. So I started packing boxes. Y’all, I had boxes sitting by the front door. My husband looked at me like, “Where are we going?”

I said, “I don’t know, but when God shows me where we’re supposed to move, we’re going to be ready.”

Before she was born, God blessed us with a townhouse. We honestly should never have gotten that townhouse because of the waiting list, but somehow that waiting list was pushed aside for us.

Let me tell you something. If God is telling you to prepare for something, prepare for it.

Now, I want you to hear my heart. This message isn’t just for those who are praying for a baby. It’s for anyone who’s believing God for a blessing in their life.

Whatever you’re waiting on God for, prepare yourself for it. Don’t wait until it gets here to get ready. Prepare your heart. Prepare your mind. Prepare your life.

Our preparation is an act of faith, and God honors that.

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.” Ephesians 3:20

Yall have a blessed day. Love you all.

Life With The Singhs

Y’all, I am a believer in prayer. I believe that God hears our prayers, and I believe He answers according to His will because He is a good God.

🌸Welcome Fam Fam🌸

God showed me something recently that I wanted to share with you. I have friends, family, and people who love me and pray for me, and I am thankful for every one of them. There is beauty in having people surround you with prayer and stand in agreement with you.

But sometimes, not everyone will have the same faith, the same understanding, or the same expectation that you have regarding a situation. That doesn’t make them wrong. We all grow in different areas at different times.

For years, I struggled in the area of believing God for financial breakthrough. I could believe God for healing and miracles, but when it came to finances, there was a block in my thinking. God had to teach me and set me free in that area.

As I was praying, I felt the Lord remind me why He teaches us to pray for ourselves.

Jesus said:

“This, then, is how you should pray…”
Matthew 6:9

There are going to be seasons when you cannot find someone who believes exactly what you are believing for. There may be times when nobody around you understands what God has placed in your heart.

That is when you learn to pray.

That is when you learn to get on your knees.

That is when you learn to seek God for yourself.

Now hear me clearly, I absolutely believe in having people pray with you and stand in agreement with you. The Bible says:

“If two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.”
Matthew 18:19

But there are moments in life when your greatest encouragement comes from knowing that you can go directly to God yourself.

You don’t need a special appointment.

You don’t need a middleman.

Through Jesus, you can come boldly before God.

“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”
Hebrews 4:16

And Jesus gives this invitation:

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28

So today I want to encourage you to open up your mouth and pray to God! God is not waiting on others to agree in prayer with you, He waiting for you, to pray in faith, asking for what you need!

Open your mouth and pray.

God hears you.

God sees you.

God knows exactly where you are.

Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep trusting Him.

The same God who hears a crowd hears a single voice crying out to Him in faith.

❤️🙏

Life With The Singhs

🌸 Today I’m officially 21 weeks pregnant! 🌸

Hey Fam Fam!!!

I am so excited to be 21 weeks pregnant. It feels like this pregnancy is moving right along. We’re not quite there yet, but we’re getting closer every single day. 🤰

Baby is due at the end of October. Because of my age, my doctors aren’t planning to let me go past 39 weeks, but for now baby is doing great. Lots of kicks, lots of movement, and plenty of wiggles. My belly bump seems to be growing bigger by the day. 💕

Sleep is definitely becoming more of a challenge, so I think I’m going to order one of those pregnancy pillows and see if it helps me get some better rest at night.

As always, I want to leave you with a little encouragement.

The Bible says, “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” Psalm 30:5 ✝️

Every sunrise is a reminder that God has given us a brand new day. A fresh start. New opportunities. New blessings. 🌅 A new day to continue your journey to conceive, a new day to love on the children you already have, a new day to grow with your family, and a new day to simply enjoy the gift of life.

I’m out here poolside with my two younger kids. The grown kids aren’t nearly as interested in hanging out at the pool with the younger ones these days. Must be all that splashing they be doing. 😂

But me? I’m enjoying every minute of it and soaking up these moments while I can.

So if yesterday wasn’t your best day, remember that today is a new day. A new day that may bring new challenges, but also new joys.

I hope you enjoy your day.

As always, I’ll see you guys when I see you.

Life With The Singhs

47 and pregnant, y’all, and if you know anything about me, you know I’m going to share it all: cooking, faith, my beautiful family, and life as a Momma of soon-to-be nine. ❤️

So if you’re new here, just brace yourself. Some of these family pictures are going to have you giggling! 😂

But today, I wanted to share a little encouragement.

I recently read a post that reminded me how difficult it can be for those who have experienced pregnancy loss. I have experienced loss myself, so I understand that longing for a child and the questions that can follow.

One thing I know is this: if God has given you a promise, keep following His direction. That path may look different for each person. It may be through adoption, foster care, IVF, or natural conception. Whatever journey God is leading you on, trust Him and keep walking in faith.

And for those who are wondering, “Does God still hear my prayers after loss?” the answer is yes. He does.

The Bible tells us that He is close to the brokenhearted and comforts those who mourn.

I think about Elijah when he prayed for rain. After God promised to send rain, Elijah prayed earnestly and sent his servant to look toward the sea. The servant came back and said there was nothing there. Elijah told him to go back again and again. On the seventh time, the servant reported seeing a small cloud, about the size of a man’s hand, rising from the sea.

That small cloud was enough.

Elijah knew that God was doing exactly what He had promised and that the answer was on the way.

1 Kings 18:41-46

Now, I want to say this: this message is not only for those who are believing God for a child. This message is for anyone who is trusting God for a promise, a breakthrough, healing, restoration, provision, a new opportunity, or direction for their life. Whatever you are praying and believing God for, don’t give up hope. Keep trusting Him, even when all you can see is a cloud the size of a man’s hand. Sometimes the smallest sign is a reminder that God is still working behind the scenes.

Sometimes God gives us little reminders to keep believing. A word of encouragement. A scripture. A conversation. A moment of peace. Not because those things are the answer themselves, but because they remind us that God is working even when we cannot yet see the full picture.

So if you’re holding onto hope today, keep your eyes on God. Keep believing. Keep trusting. Don’t let the voices of doubt drown out the promises God has spoken over your life.

God has the final say.

I love y’all. Have a blessed day, and remember to keep the faith. ❤️

Life With The Singhs

Hey Fam Fam,

A little update on me! This Tuesday, I find out the gender of this baby! Me and the hubs are so excited to finally share with y’all whether we’re having a boy or a girl.

Besides that, your girl has been busy over here working on content, working on a sponsorship, keeping up with life, and just continuing to move forward. God is doing some amazing things, and I am so grateful for every blessing along the way.

Now let’s jump into some encouragement.

The Bible tells us that life and death are in the power of the tongue. So what are you speaking over your situation? What promises has God given you that you may have stopped believing? What dreams have you allowed doubt and discouragement to silence?

Today, I want to encourage you to open your mouth and speak life. Speak God’s promises over yourself every single day. Remember, God is not a man that He should lie. If He has spoken a promise over your life, He is faithful to fulfill it.

Don’t allow doubt, fear, or negative thoughts to convince you to stop believing what God has said. Stand on His Word and keep declaring His promises.

As Scripture says:

“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”
Isaiah 55:11 (NKJV)

Have a blessed and wonderful day. Remember to speak life over your life and trust God with the rest.

Blessings,

Momma Singh
