The person who does not have the means to offer a sacrifice should clip his nails, trim his mustache, and shave his pubic hair on the day of Eid.
In the sight of Allah Almighty, this will bring a complete reward, just like offering a sacrifice.

The Part of the Brain That Only Comes Alive During Prostration (Sajdah)
This fact will shake you: do you know what happens to your brain when you go into prostration?
When scientists examined the state of Sajdah, they were left astonished.
When a person prostrates, the head is on the ground while the torso is elevated;
this is the only position in which blood flow surges toward the brain with full force.
This oxygen-rich blood nourishes the Prefrontal Cortexβthe part of the brain that controls human personality and decision-making abilities.
Not only that, but prostration also transfers the body's toxic electrical charge into the ground, effectively eliminating mental stress and depression.
