Here you will get a glimpse of life in the beautiful rolling hills of wild and wonderful West Virginia, USA. Follow me, Jane and my husband of 30 years , Mike , as we live where life is much slower-paced. We aren't fancy folks. We moved from town and built a small cabin with a little help from the Amish and a lot of our own blood, sweat, and tears. Its still a work in progress. We just live simply and enjoy nature and family and this beautiful state we get to call home. I like to shop , cook, watercolor paint, write, spend time in nature, and adore my 7 cats. You can find me often on the back porch. Come chat with me if Im live.....even though I am an introvert, I still enjoy people. Life in Appalachia is simple and sweet.
