Greetings Beautiful Moon Babies 🌙
I’ve been sitting with something important in my heart, and it feels like the right time to share it with you.
Initially, I enjoyed showing up for you with videos, but lately I’ve felt a deep pull toward something quieter and more lasting — written tutorials, journaling reflections, instructional posters, systems and organizations in every corner of my life, and gentle mind-body-soul guidance straight from the Gwendieverse. As a writer, these have brought me more joy and fulfillment than recording videos ever did. These writings and posters are the pieces I can pour my whole self into, the kind you can read slowly, return to, and keep in your own little moonlit corner.
Because of this shift, and because I’m stepping fully into my dream of becoming a self-published author this year, I’m moving my creative home to Substack. It’s the place that feels best for sharing deeper, more intentional work and for growing our sweet Moonlit Circle together in a more intimate way.
All my future writings, seasonal rituals, practical guides, and heart-centered explorations will live there from now on. However, I will keep our Facebook going for more informal posts and the occasional Caturday update.
If you’ve enjoyed any part of this journey with me — the videos, the energy, the quiet magic — I would love for you to come with me. For my YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram followers, please note my new Substack is:
@gwendiebelle
You can find me there by searching @gwendiebelle on Substack or heading to gwendiebelle.substack.com for ongoing Moonlit Circle shenanigans.
Thank you for being here through every evolution. Your presence has meant more than you know. I’m really excited for this next chapter under the moonlight, and I can’t wait to connect with you in this new space.
With so much love and gratitude,
~ Gwendie ✨

Happy Tuesday my sweet Moon Beams!
Several of you have been reaching out asking that I continue to share my personal techniques for full system repair of the mind, body, and soul, even though I am not interested in continuing to record videos. And, Moon Babies, you don't have to ask me twice.
I'm proud of the life systems I have built for myself through the years. By making recovery and return to nervous system stability my priority, I have been able to whittle out specific step by steps that I follow in different areas of my life: exercise, using herbs medicinally, meditation, mental reset, communication with loved ones, etc.
These have allowed me the comfort and security to poke at the proverbial scabs and scars of the psyche. These have given me license to explore my own internal world, to grasp the damage done along the way, while also freeing myself from the worldly traps and distractions that threaten to chew you up and swallow you whole if aren't careful. These are the mental fortitudes I have molded by hand out of the pile of ashes left from my near destruction, to keep me calm, focused, and unwavering in my own personal constitution.
Tonight, let's take a look at the body: You are what you eat leaves a lot to be desired for understanding the body's needs. While I have specific cardio and strength training, I also focus on flexibility, mobility, and stability. These aren't special skills relegated to only people under age 30, but with the advent of chairs, toilets, beds, shoes, etc., the human body takes a hit. Our bodies are meant to move, and when you stop moving you also stop the flow of lubricating synovial fluid to joints that become painful and dysfunctional. When you stop moving, you also lose core strength and muscle memory that would assist to prevent a fall when you lose your balance.
Over time, this loss of movement creates stiffness, weakness, and imbalance that many people mistakenly accept as "normal aging." I have news for you: pain is never normal no matter what your age. The good news is that consistent, gentle practice can help restore mobility, rebuild stability, and bring a renewed sense of ease and confidence back into the body — no matter your age or starting point.
Below, I'm going to share my personal longevity routine that consists of yoga poses, isometric holds, and a bit of quasi-calisthenics. But more importantly, this is not meant to be painful, so please pace yourself and only perform what you what feels safe. These moves are incredibly challenging if you have been sedentary up to this point, so go slow, use assistance items like yoga blocks or bolsters to support yourself, and check with your providers if you have any medical or physical concerns.
The accompanied poster is very abbreviated, so please become familiar with each move below before using the quick reference poster. Each of these moves requires specific motion and deserves your attention on the direction of energy. Do this mental work along with your exercises and you will begin to see results you never dreamed before. So, each move with intention is the most important message I can share with you.

Happiest of all the Tuesdays my sweet Moon Beams,
I come to you from the middle of my current ADHD and semi-midlife crisis fueled pivot.
Pivot!!! If you know, you know...
Apparently, I am a lost, wayward creature who craves direction and structure. Unemployment has left me spinning in circles. And not in a cute, whimsical fashion. No, no. This is more of a way off-balanced spin cycle. It's the kind that walks the washing machine all the way across the room in a violent jerking manner, until the hoses come undone, whipping around the room like Doctor Octopus, and water spraying everywhere. That kind. The pure chaos kind.
And YouTube video curation and processing?!?! Pure torture. I hate it, truly.
Oh, I'm cleaning, I'm writing, I'm organizing, I'm prioritizing the 3 H's: Husband, Home, and Health. All the while filling my head with songs, and books, and stories, and new ideas.
I'm indulging myself in creativity and self-care, and it has been glorious to that degree.
TBH, I've never been this regulated. This is peak peaceful bliss and I'm here for it.
But it isn't enough to drown out the empty pockets of uncomfortable void I keep finding myself in. Moments when I feel like I should be doing something, or checking on someone, or helping others. I just can't shake the feeling that something is missing. So, while I'm not in a rush to go back to work, it is certainly back on the to-do list.
I will still bring you updates on the progress and publication of the Look at the Moon series. Book 1 is nearing completion.
Keep shining Moon Beams!

🌙 Update from Gwendie Belle Moone
Hey my sweet Moonlit Circle — I wanted to pop in to say I’m so sorry for missing our Social Sunday video, the Sunday Sky Map, and our Moonlit Monday journal post.
I’ve been dealing with a health flare from something called cyclic vomiting — it’s a condition that started after my bariatric surgery and up until recently had typically shown up after anesthesia or certain medications. This time, it seems to have been triggered by pain meds from my recent head injury. It’s not fun, but I’m okay now and slowly getting back on my feet.
That said, I want to be real with you. While I try my best to keep up with our scheduled posts and videos, life does happen — and right now, I’m still too small of an operation to have backup content ready for emergencies. That’s something I’ll be working on, but I appreciate your patience while I grow into that rhythm.
And for all you Moon Beams dying to hear about the weight loss journey, that content will be coming soon. With all the deets!
Thank you for the grace, the love, and for being part of this glowing little circle. I’ll be back on track this week with our regular schedule — Social Sundays, Sky Maps, and all. 🌕
Join me in honoring your body today, listen to your needs, and take care. 💖
