In 2020 I was diagnosed with a rare and life threatening illness, Addison's Disease. After losing 30 lbs and gravely ill for the past year, I finally had a diagnosis. Before medication, I was able to walk short distances only and was for the most part, chair or bed ridden. Post meds, I had energy and was able to walk again, eat again, dance again, live life again and that had me not caring what anyone thought or felt about me anymore. I wanted to do all of the things I was too afraid to do before I became ill, and one of those things was to dress the way I have always wanted to, without worrying about what anyone thought but me.
I started a Youtube channel a few years ago, vlogging resin art and other things like hauls - and one day I was inspired by one of my favorite gothic clothing Youtubers to do a gothic clothing haul. This started my journey into revamping my wardrobe and I've decided it needed it's own channel. Thank you so much for following my Gothic Clothing journey! ~Diana
